Asuka Ramen is a good place for a quick Ramen and appetizers. The location is very clean and organized. The people working stay busy, but they will quickly take your order. I checked out the Aurora location to find out if they sold pork belly buns. As I found out only the downtown Denver location sells pork belly buns. I decided to get the Takoyaki, which was very tasty. I asked for extra bonito flakes on top of my Takoyaki. They came out super hot. The first bite burned my mouth. The next time I go to Asuka Ramen in Aurora, I would not mind trying their Ramen. The location that Asuka location in Aurora brought back a bit of nostalgia because it used to be a coffee shop, which was my first job in high school. It felt, very weird to be inside without having to go into work after 22 years. Once they put pork belly buns on the menu, I will be there on a regular basis.

Asuka is a good ramen (& poke) spot just off of Parker Road. The ramen was flavorful and filling. Service is fast casual like a lot of places. Ambiance is clean-&-bright- the place is fairly new, so everything is up to date. Good spot & definitely worth a visit if you're craving ramen.

Fast service and delicious fresh poke. I got the bowl with half white rice and half spring mix. Spring mix is fresh and no spoiled bits. I picked two sauces on the side, and picked my own toppings for the perfect combo that I wanted without any unknown additives. This is like an Asian version of a light and healthy chipotle. But better. Splurged on sugar and carbs with a boba, but it was worth it

Asuka Ramen has been a longtime favorite of ours, and we were excited to see a new restaurant closer to us in Aurora. The inside of the restaurant is cute, small dining area and they even have a little bar for you to sit at as well. The staff greeted us quickly and were patient with us while looking over the menu. Now onto the food, our go-to entree is the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. It is spicy but not super intense, and has really great flavor. The Spring Rolls were nothing special but taste like your standard veggie spring roll. The Lychee Boba Juice was good as well. The DTC location has Pork Belly Buns and we were disappointed to see the new location does not have this on the menu. My favorite thing about this restaurant besides the ramen is how they prepare your to-go orders. They separate your broth and noodles so that your noodles do not get soggy. We cannot wait to go back and get more ramen, highly recommend this spot!!

Upon arrival, you have the menu way up on the screen to the right and you order at the counter. If you're dining in (which I did) the food is delivered to your table but you're not given any number or anything to identify that what's being delivered is delivered to the correct table. The workers in the back would ask the person working at the cash register who the dish belongs to and then it's served. This has honestly got to be the most blandest ramen I have ever tasted in my entire life. I'm not sure why but Colorado is very big on chicken broth and it definitely does not bring out the flavor and aroma of what ramen is supposed to taste like. I did not enjoy my meal at all. There was not even a hint of spiciness to it and all the ingredients, besides the chashu, were basically flavorless. I had to grab the soy sauce, salt, and the Japanese chili flakes and I basically drowned the bowl in those 3 to bring out the potential in the ramen bowl. Needless to say I will not be coming back here again.

First time coming here and I hit the jackpot !!! Recently moved from California and was looking for a build your own poke spot and I'm glad I found these gem.Clean restaurant and the workers were polite.Very patient as well. The tuna and squid salad were delicious. The creamy sesame sauce I added was awesome as well. And they give you a ton of toppings and add ons! Plus they serve pretty big portions!! To drink I grabbed the brown sugar milk tea boba , wish it had more of the brown sugar syrup.

Food was absolutely terrible. My boyfriend got it to go for us and my dogs wouldn't even eat the fish. It was slimy, smelt bad, and the fish had a creepy color. Definitely will not be back. My boyfriend also got physically sick from his ramen.
