Dear Denny's Management,I hope this message finds you well. As loyal customers of our local Denny's, my husband and I have always enjoyed excellent service and satisfying meals at your establishment. However, I feel compelled to bring a matter to your attention that has been impacting our dining experience lately.There is a mother-daughter duo among your staff, and unfortunately, we've noticed a recurring issue with the daughter's behaviour. On numerous occasions, we've encountered her rudeness, and it seems that her mother uses their relationship as an excuse for her actions. This situation has become quite concerning to us, as it is starting to affect our overall satisfaction with your restaurant.As a longtime customers, We fear that if this behavior is allowed to continue unchecked, it may result in losing customers like us who value exceptional service.On a positive note, we have had the pleasure of being served by Bianca on previous occasions. Her attentiveness and sweet demeanor truly made our dining experience exceptional. We'd like to emphasise outstanding staff like Bianca can significantly contribute to a better overall atmosphere in your restaurant.Thank you for your attention to this matter. We hope for the excellent service in the future like Bianca was able to give once again.

WoW! What a difference overThe crap hole I have been goi t to for years. Fast service with a smile and good food! Oh and it's cheaper than the Crook down the street! And I can fit my boss azz in a booth without holding my breath!!!

Absolutely MY Favorite local place to go get breakfast! Went today with Hubby! We walked in got a booth in a snap, our waitress Bianca came and brought menus and Gave us amazing Service! Prompt and Friendly at this location as always! My fav is Build your own! Always a Joy and locals are Great!!

Hadn't been to the Tomball Denny's in awhile it's been updated with a nice clean new look with tile like flooring no carpet. The booths need a little more cushion kinda felt like the booth we sat in was sucking me in and lumpy. My hubby and I just had the classic slam w/ 2 eggs, 2 bacon/2 sausage and 2 buttermilk pancakes. Their coffee is still delicious Our waitress was great.

Surprisingly good food and great service. My friend and I attended one of Tomball's sip and stroll events tonight and decided we wanted something a bit different than the places we walk to at these events. We hit the local Denny's on the way home instead of one of the higher priced burger joints and we were amazed. Maybe it was just the luck of the draw but we both ordered burgers and they were perfectly cooked and prepared according to our specifications which was not the way they normally are served. We had the 5 pepper and the avocado&bacon burger with fries and onion rings. They were good. Even better than the food though was the service. The manager seated us and unfortunately I did not get her name. Our server, Joseph was prompt, attentive, knowledgeable but not overbearing or annoying. He was intelligent and truly seemed to enjoy his work. He wanted to make sure our experience was great even though we were only having burgers. I can't remember the last time I've had such good service and it was at the local Dennys! Very pleased and very stuffed.

I really don't want to rant on Yelp. Sorry Yelpers, restaurants consider Yelp a joke. That said, I sit here in the parking lot of this Denny's pissed again. If I had a dollar for every time I've walked out on this establishment it would exceed the total amount I've spent here. The service is GARBAGE. The management is GARBAGE. What a fucking joke.

Stopped in for a quick bite after church and errands. We opted to sit at the counter and what a great move that was. We had instant service. Note - Dennys is always full on the weekend and waiting is a norm. Service was amazing. Fast. Super friendly. So for a quick meal, try sitting at the bar counter.

Bad customer service place was lonely and all 4 waitresses ignored us that we decided to walk out

Wife and I ate at the Denny's at 2920 & 249 in Tomball last week. Food and service was good, but when we went to check out the manager made a point of telling my wife that the breakfast she ordered should not have allowed any substitutions. Just didn't like the way she basically implied that we did something wrong, when the waitress should have said no substitutions when my wife ordered. Or the manager should have come over when we were ordering time to see if we still wanted to order that particular meal without making any substitutions. I felt like she was talking down to us like we were a couple of school kids that had knowingly tried to get away with something. Anyway this interaction with the manager ruined the experience and we won't ever go back to this Denny's again although we have been going there 2-3 times a month.

the reason we keep returning to this location is because of our server Jay! she has an infectious smile and great attitude. she is our favorite and we quit going to the Nook so we can see Jay,breakfast is great also.
