I should write an a-Denn-dum to my previous review to say it's not the worst location I've visited.Definitely in terms of service this is one of the better Denny's in the Houston area. In terms of food at least it comes out hot, but it's every bit as overpriced and tasteless and awful as every other Denny's location, and that is the main reason why I would never be able to recommend to anybody to actually eat at Denny's.It's a little bit better than IHOP, but eating from a toilet bowl is also better than IHOP, so that's not really an advertisement for anything.In any case make sure you come and check out all the amazing International unique local foods of Katy instead of just hitting up chains like Denny's. I say that knowing Katy has alllll the chains but you should take my advice.I tell that to our family too but we still end up here sometimes. Not our decision.

The food and waiters deserve a 5 star but the phone service needs improvement. Dennys just lost an order of $50 from me now because they said they can't take phone orders and I couldn't order online, the system only allows orders for tomorrow. The only option I had to order at the store which makes no sense if you can take payment both over the phone and online so I ordered from Wingstop instead and we loved it, quick and delicious, no issues to order.

Second visit in the last month ! Had not been to Denny is forever. The staff here are wonderful and polite. The food is cook exactly as required. Coffee is fresh! No complaints!!

The manager of the store tonight, May 3 10:39 PM. She needs to lose her job. She literally watch an employee be rude to me and she did nothing. Unacceptable. Corporation will be calling on this one for sure.I can't even say poor employment reflects poor management on this one. simply because poor management reflects poor management in this case.

Me and my son went to this Denny's and it was great although someone had stole the salt the food is great they served it to us in 2mins hot and fresh and the service was great overall 4 stars.

As a former employee for only 4 days,I was extremely disappointed in this Dennys.I've worked for Dennys for 12 years and transferred from another store.I went back to my previous store after just 4 days bc of how dirty this Dennys was as well as how unfriendly the staff was and how awful the food tasted.On the other hand this store was never busy,not even on Sunday after church,so you are sure to get a table quickly.Not sure this is a good thing,seems like a really unpopular place to eat.

We ordered from the burger den off Uber eats. We received our food only to find out it was from dennys. There was zero indication it was Dennys on the app. Got food and it was disgusting. Fries tasted like they were from the day before and the burgers tasted like pure grease. Disgusting food and corporate should be ashamed for trying to deceive people by advertising as a different restaurant name. McDonald's has better hamburgers than this grease infused drivel
