Great service and lovely dining room. We had the kashk badenjoon, stuffed fish, Omani shrimp appetizer and koobideh. The food is good but I am spoiled eating at Rumi's and Chelo. The kashk badenjoon is very good but the bread it was served with was a little disappointing. The shrimp had good flavor but were tough. Being so large they were visually very appealing but tender large shrimp rare. My husband was happy with the fish. The koobideh was good, but again not great. The rice is very generous. One order is fine for at least three people! We had the sabzi polo. They did not have the shirin polo that I adore. The one food that was really amazing was the Chilean sea bass. It is wonderful. So if you want a good meal with great service (or a really great meal of sea bass)Delbar is a good destination. I simply prefer the food at other places.

My girlfriend and I were very excited to visit Delbar for her birthday, but it missed the mark.The service was probably the most disappointing part of the visit. First of all I had made a reservation a week in advance and had left the note it was for a special occasion. When we arrived exactly at our reservation time it was disappointing to see numerous other parties sat ahead of us as we waited for 15 minutes for a table. To add to this there was no waiting area so we just stood by the door while other parties were seated. Once we were seated I didn't feel as though we had great service at the table with long waits in between visits and overall not the most friendly waiter. My last comment about the service relates to the valet and might be nitpicking but as we exited it was raining and had to wait another 10+ minutes for our car to show up. Once the car did show up we got into our car and I had to sit in the wet seat from the valet for the whole ride home which didn't make for a great time after a subpar experience during the meal. I think there should be some foresight or extra care taken to not drench the car seat for a customer, even if that means the customer has to go get their own car. I would've much preferred being in the rain for 30 seconds getting to my car than sitting on a wet seat for the 30 minute drive home.Moving on to the ambiance, I thought it was great. The entrance is covered in flowers and made for a nice welcome to the restaurant. Inside the restaurant is beautifully decorated and made for a nice vibe to the restaurant.The food was all above average but we didn't find anything amazing. We had the Dill Labneh, Koobideh Kabob, Chinjeh, Sabzi Polo and took some Baklava home. For a nicer restaurant I did find the food priced well and all tasted good. There were a lot of good looking options on the menu and if I return I'd love to try some more.Overall I want to give Delbar some type of pass for having a series of unfortunate events resulting in a negative experience. I've heard great things about the place and I just don't think our experience was normal or up to their standard. Unfortunately, I'm still not eager to return, but might one day and would love to see some improvement and have a better experience.

Tonight was our first time trying Delbar and I think we came on a bad night. The food was really fresh and yummy. We started with the labneh with peaches and walnuts. It was honestly so delicious. We also tried the harissa chicken and the flavor was great. The waitress was friendly and hosts were helpful, but the kitchen was working slow tonight. The ambiance left a lot to be desired. It was loud, hard to communicate with the people at our own table, and the fire alarm kept going off, not once but roughly 5 times. All in all I would recommend this place for a short visit but maybe not somewhere to catch up with old friends.

4.5/5Food: Stopped here with my friend for a nice lunch. We ordered the dill labneh w/ lamb on top to start. It was absolutely delicious! We were both amazed at how refreshing, yet savory the dip was. The pita and the assortment tray they give you to go along with the dip made the experience better. We also ordered the salmon kabob and the za'atar fries to share as an entree. The fries were really good and the sauce that came with it was a nice addition. The salmon was good but severely undercooked. I do understand it may be cooked in a fire pit, so the outside cooks quicker. But we were not expecting it to be that raw, our waitress quickly apologized and gave us another order of the kabobs. It was more cooked than the first time but still had a few raw spots. It was nothing to go home and cook it through a little more in the oven. Service: Our waitress was so nice and knowledgeable about the menu. Even with the salmon she gave us a free dessert as a way of making the situation better. Hopefully on our next return we have her again lol.Ambiance: BEAUTIFUL! On the outside and inside, it's very quiet, clean and nicely decorated. This would be a nice place with a date night, lunch spot, or even a business meeting. Overall: I will definitely be back, especially for that dill labneh.

I've come here multiple times and the food is always amazing. This one is bigger than the Inman park location and it can be easier to get a last minute table. There's inside and outdoor seating and this place also has valet. This specific time I got brunch here and I think the sosis bandari is the best thing on the menu. You can also never go wrong with the dill labneh.

I have been to the Inman park location and loved it and this was nothing short of the same.Everything we ate was absolutely amazing. We came for brunch and it wasn't too busy even though we made a reservation there wasn't much of a wait. Some of my favorite things we had has the fries which were so crispy and flavorful and I'm still thinking about the dipping sauce two days later.Next the ice cream sandwiches it , it took so much self control to not order another round. The ambiance was beautiful all the florals were such a nice touch especially for a summer brunch. Everyone in the building was so helpful. Our server Kara , I believe was so sweet and made great recommendations. Definitely add to your list!

We had uber eats & the food was absolutely delicious before! However, we finally went in person on an awesome double date! From the moment we arrived the first thing we noticed was the beautiful ambiance! We basically ordered almost the entire menu. The food is even more delicious is person! The service was absolutely outstanding. We were blessed to have Lina as our server. She was absolutely on it! Mind you this was a busy night and she never skipped a beat. Her recommendations were to die for! Her personality was the icing on the cake! I don't remember having such an incredible waitress like her in a very long time! Delbar is absolutely lucky to have her on the team! We will absolutely request her on our next visit! Thank you Delbar for the incredible experience! Also I like to give credit to Mike the bartender. We finished our night with a night cap on the way out! Thank you Mike for the awesome shots!

The service was literally the best I've experienced, only giving 4 starts because of not being able to split the check by item. I paid 45$ over what I ordered because it was an even slip, due to the fact we were celebrating I'm ok with it. Definitely delicious, we did all share slightly. The potions were big enough to share I don't think is necessary for anyone to buy multiple of anything at all. We had a group of 7 and there was still food left over.I put server was pearl and she brought out a celebratory dessert for The honorary guess who would be getting married the following weekend, which was so sweet and also left her a little note. Walking into this place is literally the most gorgeous entrance I've seen inside makes you feel like you're transported into another place. There's live plants which is amazing.
