Let me say that I was born in Texas, have relatives in Alabama, lived in St Louis and live here in Cary. I have tried a lot of BBQ and this is the best brisket I have ever had. They are spot on. The tenderness is amazing and the flavor is perfect! Also try the bacon brisket! Huge fan as well. Everything is great here. I would say the Cole slaw is my least favorite side but I love the potato salad and you HAVE to get the pickles and onions. Not going to lie, there's going to be a line. It's worth the wait. We get the Texas Trilogy and that feeds 4 with plenty of food.

Their beef is the best ever. Expensive but worth it. The Big Dumpf sandwich is stacked high with luscious meat. The Dino beef ribs include a foot long rib that is fun.Limited days and hours of service, check website. Only have outdoor covered seating. Basically a big food truck. Servers are very friendly. Suggest ordering online and pick up rather than waiting in long lines at lunch time.If not eating there, and ordering sandwiches, have them deconstruct it and package buns separately and put pickles and slaw on the side so the bread doesn't get soaked with meat juices. The barbecue sauce is a delicious combo mix of NC vinegar and Texas tomato styles. Order a bottle of it.

Food worth waiting in line for that sells out daily. And you will wait, and you will be glad you did.Brisket is perfectly seasoned and juicy - the just right combination of salty, peppery, fatty, and meaty - you'll over eat and come back for more.Pork ribs and sausage are my other go-to proteins, but don't overlook the sandwiches - Brisket Burgers, Smoked Pastrami Reuben, and Brisket Cubans are specials worth planning your week around. Beef Rib is boss level, so bring friends or ask for a to go box.The sides don't disappoint either. Slaw and beans (guess what - they have brisket in them) are reliable, but be sure to try the fire roasted veggies and surprising Loaded Mashed Potato Salad. Finally, a ginger cookie crust spins the Banana Pudding in a fresh way.Covered line and picnic tables set the stage for an incredible experience, rain or shine!

This place serves up some seriously killer BBQ. The meat's smoked right there on-site, and man, it's tasty. We went for the Texas Trinity this time around - heads up though, that sausage has a nice kick to it!Just a quick tip: we rolled in around 1 PM on a Saturday, so if you're hitting it up later like we did, don't be surprised if some stuff's sold out and the lines are a bit slower. They've got this sweet covered patio area outside, perfect for bringing the whole crew or piling in with the fam. Definitely putting this spot on our go-to list for when we're craving some good BBQ.

First, let's talk about the food! Ordered the Texas Trinity which was enough to feed my family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). The brisket was tender and flavorful. The sausage was packed full of flavor and had a little bit of a kick which was a nice surprise and I loved the flavor of the ribs. I personally like a dry rub where the flavor of the meat shines through instead of being hidden behind a sauce and they hit the mark. They do provide a bbq sauce that I did not personally try but my family did and they enjoyed it. For sides, we had macaroni and cheese and the butcher block beans. My kids couldn't get enough of the creamy mac and cheese. It was all worth the money and the wait.Second, what you can expect... We got in line on a Saturday around 1:10pm and didn't order until 1:50pm so it was about an hour from getting in line and sitting down to eat. By the time we ordered, some of their sides were sold out. With that being said, I would definitely get there on the earlier side to ensure you can pick from their full menu before they run out of items. I think we got the last order of pork ribs for the day. We will definitely be eating here again!

So good! It does taste very very similar to Texas brisket! Just enough fat. Delicious! I got here early Saturday morning around 10:45 and there was already a line formed outside. This weekend is strawberry fest at the farm; I'm not sure if that's why there was a line early but dang after 11:15 the line was about 30 people long. I could only imagine how long the line is at 12 or 1pm. I know they sell until they are sold out. I ordered the 2 meats plate with 2 sides. I got brisket and ribs. Oh man they were all so tender, nearly fell off the bone. I got elote and brussel sprouts, they were good but not as good as the brisket! They have picnic tables to eat in the straight sun. No shaded tables, I could imagine it gets hot in the summer. They don't do the Texas tradition on offering free beer with purchase lol. Darn. Definitely come here if you like brisket! It's worth it!

It's a food truck located on a farm. Friendly amazing staff.. I was well pleased with the taste of the bbq. I love Texas style bbq and as others mentioned in their review, this is the closest you will find. The seasoning and tenderness is excellent. You really don't need sauces on their meat but if you choose to use it the sauces are great too. The service is quick. I really appreciate the guys service when their credit card machine was malfunctioned and I was their lucky customer of the day. I'm stopping here again when I travel to North Carolina.. If your hesitant about trying this place, don't be! Its worth a try, you wont be disappointed.

First timers today. Things I learned: Their Texas style BBQ is so AMAZING!!! 1. Get there earlier to get exactly what you want. 2. They even make those delicious pickles and I want more. Okay, well more of everything!! 3. Super nice people waiting in line with us!! Talk to your neighbors! Get the cream soda. Trust me. 4. Super nice guys! Told them we were there for the first time and it was my fiancé' birthday weekend. After we ordered and were waiting for our food they all broke out in "Happy birthday!" It was cool and they gave him a banana pudding! What a great day all 'round.

This place continues to impress. It is hands down the best BBQ in the area, perhaps the state. The only menu item I have not liked were the new addition of Brussels sprouts (and I am a fan of them typically), I felt they tasted overwhelmingly like burnt paper, unfortunately they were so potent, both pieces were not edible. Hopefully they'll bring back the elote that was replaced with these. The female cashier isn't the friendliest but everyone else usually is. The line is worth the wait.
