Dairy Queen

Don't come near closing, they will either turn you away or give you melted ice cream. They couldn't even turn it upside down because it's overflowing and dripping all down the sides. They'll rush you at the window, forget napkins, forget to give you your card back. All while the car behind is honking (not my problem) because they didn't get to order because they turned them away. I'd rather be turned away then rushed and handed melted blizzards.

This location is dying a slow painful death. Ordered a milkshake and waited as if I had ordered for ten people. 7 folks in line waiting for their orders. Pop machine is out of Coke and DP and all other versions of Coke and DP. Landscaping is atrocious. Please close the store and start over.

Horrible- put in a mobile order shortly after 8pm arrived & there were cones in the drivethru blocking it off & the doors were locked. I called & spoke with a woman who said I would have to call corporate to get a refund if $37! What- she could have clearly canceled the order. Corporate is saying the store needs to refund me- getting the run around! Something is up with this DQ after reading the reviews this is a common issue- total fraud!!

Was forced to wait in the drive-thru line for over 35 minutes as the incompetent staff tried multiple times to "refund" the vehicle in front of us. We explained that we had an emergency and needed to get out of the drive-thru line, but they would not instruct the vehicle in front of us to move, trapping us and several irritated customers behind us as well. The staff working tonight need serious coaching on customer service and general communication skills. There's a reason this location has such poor reviews, I would avoid at all costs.

Me and my husband sat in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes. Not even exaggerating. They didn't hand us a spoon or a straw so we had to honk the horn for a minute for the lady to finally pop her damn head out. The boy ain't even know what we ordered. And to top it off the ice cream was gross. I had a chunk of brownie in my Ice cream that tasted expired. My husbands milkshake had a literal smidge of whip cream on it. And the two of them were arguing and basically the boy was too incompetent to run the line so the old lady took over. Absolutely a wild experience and I've gone to plenty other DQs where I've previously lived and this one is the only one I've ever had problems with this bad. Either shut it down or corporate needs to pay a major visit and rehire bc that was ridiculous.

I just don't get this place at all. There is absolutely no consistency with food, customer service or hours. They seem to close the inside of the store frequently. Not sure if the reason is due to lack of employees or what. They will do drive thru only, but the wait times are crazy long. I have sat in the line only to watch half the line leave due to wait times. Training must be seriously lacking because they seem to have no idea about order loading. Honestly, this is the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. The management here must be awful!

Service is super slow for a Monday night with no cars in front or behind us. Came here intending to try their new limited confetti dipped cone and didn't realized I came to McDonald's, because guess what? The ice cream machine is down. So we ended up ordering a steak finger basket and chili cheese dog. Waited over 20 mins in the drive-thru lane at 8:30pm... why is this taking so long??? So much for fast food. Guy comes out asking "did you want cheese on that chili cheese hot dog? Wth? Then later stated that they accidentally made chicken finger basket instead of steak fingers. SMH. I just really wanted an ice cream cone maaaannn. Now you screwed up my food too. Waited over 30 mins at a fast food drive thru on a slow Monday evening. I should have done to sonics across the street...

I got the kids chicken strips with good Honey Mustard because the Chicken and Dumplins were sold out. The strips were fresh and actually good. It came with a ice cream cone, didn't want the fries and a kid's size drink. Surprised to see the Zero Sugar drink in the machine. Hubs had his Combo of a Cheeseburger, but I don't eat those so can't comment. He ate it all and said it was good. Servicers was helpful. The place clean and over all good for a quick meal. I don't like seeing the calories next to every meal though. Prices are high...

5.6.23 Stop here for a super late lunch me and my hubby. The drive thru was packed so I opted to go inside. It was in the 90's today but I think it was cooler outside than inside this DQ. It was beyond hot inside this location. The cashier told me it is always like that inside this DQ. The cashier was polite and friendly. Since I was taking it to go, I placed my order and just waited. Now onto the food! The fries were piping hot and good. Our burgers were very good. Bun was soft and veggies were fresh. When we are in the area we will stop here again. Hope they fix the A/C problem. I am taking away 1 star for the air situation. (I forgot to take photos of our food...we were to hungry, lol)

Service sucks! If you want to waste your time, this is the place. Over 30 minutes in the drive through. I would have driven off if I could but cars behind us and in front. HORRIBLE!!!
