GET NEW STAFF AND MANAGEMENT! I've been coming here once a month for the past few months and every single time the people have TERRIBLE ATTITUDES, very poor communication skills and they say that they're out of meat whenever we try to order burgers ... Rude/ incompetent staff along with poor quality food. Ruined my whole nostalgic perspective on Dairy Queen. Definitely won't be coming back!

I came here to order a large Oreo blizzard and when I got home I was super sad to see that the Oreos were just at the top and that more than 3/4ths of the blizzard was just plain old ice cream and not a blizzard. Super disappointing because this location is a LOT better and faster than the other location. Hopefully they get this issue fixed.

The worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to! On 4/27/2022 got my order all wrong, I called to talk to a manager! Spoke to Jose told me he was the manager explain to him that they got our burger orders all wrong and they have charged me for the food I had asked for but did not get! I do not like writing bad reviews on businesses but I went on 4/28/2022 the next day and he does remember talking to me or telling those this! Said he didn't work that day but it's all right! So please don't go to this Dairy Queen awful awful!!!!

Very unprofessional, everytime I have gone to this location in the past couple months they are extremely over staffed and somehow they're all not working except for 1 or 2. Last time I went through the drive through I saw a blonde lady that was working the drive through hit a blunt from a customers car window and went back inside. Once it was my turn at the window I saw at least 3 people in the kitchen that definitely did not work there just hanging out and distracting the workers. I don't think I will be going to this Dairy Queen again until they get some new managers and more mature workers. If I could rate this location a 0 I would.

5.29.22Why is there only 2 stars??? Daughter and I had fries and hunger buster jr. for a snack. The burger was fresh and very tasty. The fries could have been warmer but not bad. We liked our snack and would stop here again.

This is the worst location I've ever been to. The mens bathroom sick was broke and had been all day. The womens restroom had literal crap on the floor from backing up. The food was so gross. All super greasy and just sloppy. The ice cream was melted and on top of it all the AC was broke. Probably 85 in the Building.

On October 16, 2022, at approximately 5 p.m., we walked into DQ at 3121 W Grand Pkwy N., Katy, Texas, to order steaks fingers and tacos. There were 3 people (2 males, 1 female ) on the other side of ice cream counter area, there were two females around the cooking station, and there was a young man behind the counter directly where we stood. Not one acknowledged our presence or offered to take our order. We stood there for about 2 minutes, turned and walked out. Extremely poor service and customer relations.If you read some of the other reviews, you see this place is dismal.

I have been ordering pup cups from this place for the last two months, every time being charged a pup cup (a.k.a kids vanilla cup).Until today when one of the workers --potentially the manager-- understood I requested a pup cup, but charged me for a Small Sunday Vanilla which cost 2.89. A kids vanilla cup cost 1.19. When I seen the size I stated it was wrong to the person at the window and requested a refund. A lady appears and has a smaller version of what I handed the other person, so I said yes that is the size I was looking for, so I took it. I then asked for her to refund the difference. It is the next part that blew my mind, she literally stated that it was Dairy Queen policy to charge customers who ordered pup cups 2.89 and they ring it up as a small sunday-vanilla?I handed back the sunday-vanilla and requested a refund. She handed be 3 bills and as i drove away I looked at Marvin,my chihuahua, and said "Sorry bud, inflation just killed your favorite treat away."If it what she stated is true then my pup won't be getting anymore pup cups from them, which means I have no reason to go to Dairy Queen for my wife's M&M blizzard she loves --bought a blender, Ice Cream and M&M's on the way home because well gotta keep the wife happy, Dairy Queen is a different story. Pretty silly to lose a customer over 1.70.I assume the lady is misinformed, I will never know because Dairy Queen has been added to my list of big chains that don't care about their customer anymore.
