Dairy Queen

This location is EXTREMELY SLOW. Like ridiculously horribly slow. I'm not sure what they have going on inside. However, I'm only taking one star off because they are Atleast nice and respectful, unlike the other location. This location has people working that seem to have manners and say nice things versus the other. And imo that goes a long way for a business! Oh and this location still flips the blizzards upside down. The end.

Why are they still open? The blizzards are so loose and the food is not good. The line is so slow and half the staff doesn't wear masks.

I understand this location is short staffed (and has been for over a year), but that doesn't give the employees a free excuse to make half-assed blizzards. Every single time I come here, the blizzards are already watery when they are handed to me. Along with that, when the employee forgot to put a second order of fries in the bag and was confronted, she said that she couldn't find the two orders of fries on the receipt- they were both there. The burger meat also tasted like shit. Also the menu outside for the drive-thru hasn't been fully updated probably since this location opened.

I like this dairy queen. They give a 10% discount for seniors though you do have to ask for it and I have found good service here though I usually just use the drive thru. For fast food it's a better than decent quality I like the taste of it. And i love their pineapple sundaes and their rootbeer floats.

Whether we're just passing through or taking a break on a long drive, it never disappoints.My wife is a huge fan of the Peanut Butter Cup Royal Blizzard, rich and creamy with just the right amount of peanut butter cup pieces. I oscillate between the tropical Blizzard for something fruity and the strawberry cheesecake Blizzard for that perfect dessert fix. Both are fantastic for satisfying a sweet tooth.When it comes to meals, the Hungerbuster is a standout. These Texas-style burgers come with mustard as a default and are consistently great--juicy and flavorful. While the fries may not be the highlight, often turning out a bit limp, the burgers more than make up for it.The ice-cold Cokes are always refreshing, making them the perfect accompaniment to any meal. The combos are well thought out and bring a sense of satisfaction with every order.Eating at Dairy Queen is more than just a meal; it's a trip down memory lane. Each visit brings back cherished memories of childhood and family, which I'm eager to pass down to my daughter. Hopefully, she'll look back on these moments with as much fondness as I do. Dairy Queen isn't just about food; it's about creating memories.

I'm going to give this place 3 stars just because I feel bad for the employees and they are doing their best in these conditions. Upper management has refused to replace the air conditioners for the past 3 years and are continuing to make employees work in these horrible conditions. This is the reason the blizzards are coming out melted in the drive through window. It's because they are being made in HELL!! Here is the thermostat behind the front counter where we are placing our order.

Went here to pick up one of Dairy Queens iconic ice cream cakes for a special occasion. To begin with, the number that is published online doesn't work. When we informed the cashier about it, he said that he was unable to change the number online. We had gotten a cake and asked for it to be written on. When we got it back, we thought it was a joke. It looked like it was written on, then erased and rewritten. When asked we were told that it was the only option because we didn't place an order, which we couldn't because the phone number didn't work!! and were asked if we still wanted it. We were taking it to a party so didn't have any choice since there were only 2 other cakes left which were both peanut butter flavored.We used whatever excuse we could about why the cake looked like it was half melted even though it was frozen, and when we ate it, the cookie layer inside the cake was soft. It was so disappointing! Every bite was a reminder of how the cakes at Dairy Queen USED to taste. I hope it was just an issue with this particular Dairy Queen, but that's also not helpful since this was the closest one to me. Just a horrible experience overall.

First of all our ice cream took forever and when we got it, after 40 minutes, it was melted. They completely forgot all about us and served 4 people their ice cream before us. When we asked about our order they had no clue what it was. Probably never coming to this location again.

Thanks for eliminating any possible pictures with this birthday cake. Cake wasn't ready at agreed time. Thanks for nothing. Baskin & Robbins will be our go to from now on.

There is no AC bad customer service and lots more of bad stuff bad blizzards bad chicken strips
