I always come to this location, never been dissatisfied. But today, everything was off. My blizzard was melting. Which I just at it in the car. But when I got home to eat my tenders, I open my gravy and this is all the gravy I got, FOR 6 TENDERS!!! It was enough for 2. The staff in tonight's shift needs to pick up slack. They were definitely not on their toes.

Brand spanking new. Built from the ground up been waiting for them to finish it. Everything is clean & new. French fry grease clean, lol. Perfect time to try out this location. The staff was friendly, it's been pretty busy all hours of the day Everytime I pass it so be prepared for a little line. Other than that typical soft serve like all other locations. Great for these lay few days of summer if your looking for ice cream. Nice addition to this area.

First time coming to this DQ, I was craving ice cream and wanted a banana split and I get this?! No chocolate, barely any strawberries and pineapples, no kind of toppings how it's supposed to be. This is like ice cream soup, sloppy. My boyfriend got a small NY cheesecake shake and that was watered down as well. Never coming to this DQ location EVER.

Bad service I pulled up to the drive thru at 10:10 pm and the lady at the window said order when your ready so I begin to order and she stoped taking my order , I pulled up to the window and she shut the lights off to make it seem like she was closed but her car was still there , they close at 10:30pm that is horrible service because I wasn't the only one in line to order never coming back to this location.

If I could leave a zero I would, DO NOT come to this place, while I was placing my order I peeked into the kitchen and it was GROSS, I swear a saw a roach crawling in there. Their employees are very very rude especially this one guy I didn't catch his name but he looked to be around his 40s and Hispanic. I asked to speak to the manager, first of all it felt like YEARS until she came out but when she did she introduced herself as Ms. Emily if I'm remembering correctly, she was extremely rude and dismissive. DO NOT COME HERE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

Drive Thru was blocked by pallets. Doors were locked. Says open and lights were on, workers were inside. This is incredibly lazy. I wasted gas and my coupon for this. Will not be going here again. Do not recommend this piece of work place.
