Bold and fresh flavors from a food hall stall!The fish is fresh and the ceviches are refreshing. This is a great standout for those looking for something lighter and outside of the common hot chicken and taco offerings. Don't get me wrong..the tacos and hot chicken concepts here are also very good! But they're almost a dime a dozen nowadays.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We dined at the Galleria location in this food court/bar called The Conservatory. The food court itself is a great vibe, I love the atmosphere. It's just unfortunate that one of their vendors, CVCHE, ruined my best friend's birthday night.We wanted to stop at each vendor and support our local businesses by trying at least one dish. At CVCHE, we ordered the Original Ceviche. We received the order fairly quick. Halfway through the bowl, my friend found a piece of plastic in his mouth mid chew and it hurt his tooth. We decided to bring this to their attention and returned to the counter with the bowl. We showed them that the plastic piece (part of a fork) was not broken off of our still perfectly fine fork but rather actually a random piece found in the bowl and one of us could've choked on it. Instead of being refunded or offered a new bowl, the chef started speaking."Well what do you want us to do? You already ate half the bowl."Excuse me idiot but if we found it at the top, wouldn't we have been back at the counter way sooner? Let alone, we're showing you two different parts of two different forks, one being a piece that one of us could've quite literally choked on?"That's impossible, we make the food in this station and the forks are over there."What does that have to do with a piece of plastic being found in our mouth? The chef was simply stupid in this matter, speaking when never prompted to and making unsolicited excuses for his mistakes. If he happens to be the general manager too, I hope he reads this and understands the weight of talking to people like that. If not, I hope the general manager truly rethinks about hiring such an arrogant boy to run the kitchen with no safety or sanitation.While I understand that these situations can happen quite frequently in casual and fast dining places, there was no accountability held or sanitary protocols being followed. Furthermore, instead of being refunded or reimbursed with a new bowl, we were met with an arrogant and disrespectful chef (not even a manager or at least the cashier).My advice: don't come here unless you want to possibly choke on a piece of plastic and face an asshole on top of it.

The food was really delicious that I had to order more to take home. From the Yucca fries to the chicken kabobs, everything was well-seasoned, and the sauce on the side was amazing. I will definitely come back again soon!
