If you are NOT in the local area and want some of their coffee, I would encourage you to order on-line through their web site.I'm hooked on the Ethiopia beans and you can order with the option of having shipping charges waved PLUS, they grind the beans for you!How sweet is that?

So today we went around to 6 area espresso bars tasting different espresso for the express purpose of testing technique and flavor. Of all the boutiques we visited, Cultivate was the best in terms of flavor, technique, presentation and ambience. We also purchased two bags of different whole beans for making coffee at home. One we liked and one we didn't. "Better Together" has an Earthy flavor that's rests between mushroom and fruit. The bag says milk chocolate but we didn't get ANY chocolate notes what so ever. This bag sadly, went straight into the trash."Guatemala" has balanced flavor that isn't leaning though the bag says dark chocolate. If it has notes of dark chocolate, it's very subtle. Still, we liked it. For those interested, the other espresso bars we visited were:Common GroundsMission MarketCréma Coffee RoastersFount CoffeeWake Zone Espresso We did buy beans from other boutiques but those reviews aren't listed here.

Cultivate has that coffee house vibe where customer's linger for a while after their purchases. The interior is spacious, the counter is large and they offer nice variety of beverages, pastries, cookies and doughnuts. They also have a big selection of bagged roasted coffees to take home. You can choose to have the beans ground in store if you want. The coffee here is really good as was the service.

I've visited this cafe on a couple occasions. The first visit, I got this sea salt caramel latte and a earl grey lavender (in picture). The second occasion (no picture) I got an affogato with cookies and cream ice cream as my ice cream. The service was great! Quick and respectful. I sat down on one of my visits and I noticed they were active in keeping the location clean. My second visit, it was an afternoon. There were more people but the place was still clean and everyone was doing their own thing without it being excessively loud. Great place to zone into your hobbies or work, meet with friends, grab a quick after-dinner coffee or dessert!

Pros: best tasting coffee in Fuquay, awesome atmosphere, and as a man of faith of love how this place puts it's faith first. From the music to the Bible study meetups to the kind and warm welcomes from staff, it's just a terrific place to grab coffee and be uplifted. Cons: Honestly, the only con is a backwards "Pro": it's getting harder and harder to grab a table to meet an old friend there, because nearly every table is taken nearly every time I go. This place is POPULAR!

Love to visit Cultivate when I'm in the area. It's a little off the beaten path in downtown Fuquay Varina but that makes it even more special when you visit. They have an outdoor patio and plenty of indoor seating space which is great to hang out and work for the morning. The menu has all your expected coffees and the pasty case has sweets and baked goods, including a few gluten friendly options. They also have an ice cream case (my favorite part!) with locally made ice cream. To make it even better, you can also pick 2 scoops to make an affogado. If I'm going for straight coffee, I really like an iced oat milk latte with their house-made honey lavender syrup. On the weekends they sometimes have live music and pop up markets. Overall a great place to visit and spend the day!

Just dropping in to pop in this other star. I should've updated it long ago. This is one of my favorite coffee stops, if not the top. All the way down to the uniformly, carefully picked beans. You can tell that they care about their products. Okay bye.

Had an absolutely incredible savory scone here. I normally reach for sweet ones but I couldn't resist the bacon, cheddar, chive scone. It was AMAZING! I also got a hot chocolate that was wonderful. This spot is spacious and cute. The menu is extensive and affordable. Definitely a great spot for coffee with a friend!
