Crust Pizza Co. - Aliana

I've visited twice in the last week. Here is my experience: Wait Time: I ordered online both times and my order was ready on time. 15-20 minutes from ordering. Pizza: Caution to those who are dairy free, it's been a struggle to have a pizza made without cheese. Both times I've ordered the BYO Pizza. You select 1) crust 2) sauce and 3) toppings. I scrolled the list of topping and confirmed cheese is a topping (feta, cheddar, mozzarella, gouda and so on) and there's not a selection for "no cheese". Logic tells me if I don't select a cheese type as a topping then they won't put cheese on it. Nope. They put cheese on it both times and there was confusion when I pointed out the toppings on my receipt. Tonight I was told that cheese is a default topping regardless if you select it or not. I guess they just choose your cheese. The manager (who was very nice) suggested I leave a note indicating no cheese but thats not possible in the online system. I really hate being a pain and requesting my pizza be remade but my daughter can't eat cheese. All the other pizzas have the cheese type preselected under toppings so it makes no sense that cheese would be a hidden "default" topping on the BYO Pizza (see receipt). Salad: On my first visit, I ordered the Crusted Goat Salad. I was disappointed because the cheese is described as "warm" but mine was ice cold. It also didn't appear to be crusted (see pic). The size was smaller than I expected. I thought maybe it was actually intended to be a side salad. However, today I ordered an actual side salad (Caesar) and it was the exact same size as the crusted goat cheese. So does that mean the regular Caesar and side Caesar are the same size? I'm confused. Overall value: I don't know if I would order a salad again but the pizza is reasonably priced. I just wish they would make it easier to order it without cheese so I don't have to wait around for my order to be remade.

LOVE IT! Though a bit pricey it's amazing!We tried their Margherita & chicken Alfredo pizza were delicious!Personal is small so just enough for 1-2 people. Thin crust and made fresh so definitely our new fave spot close to home! Highly recommend them!

Picking up an order as a delivery, service was a little slow. Several people were waiting before I got there. HOWEVER they appeared very busy and the staff was super friendly in checked in on me quickly. The bathroom is relatively nice and clean. There is a decent sized outdoor seating area.

Not worth the visit. The man was welcoming with a great welcome and thank you. I asked about the pasta and if it was angel hair, and she said it was regular spaghetti. The girlie brought the two pasta bowls, tossed them on the table, and walked away. I asked, Where's the fork and napkins? She hollered, "over there"? I asked for a booster chair: "over there," and walked away. The pizza dough was raw and had a strong odor. The root beer and the lemonade were off on the taste (yuck). The customer service could have been better. The place appeared clean, and the music was at a decent level. The bathroom needed a bit of attention. I was eager to try the place; sadly, it's not worth revisiting.

Literally had to wait an hour for a pizza which is by far very unacceptable. Had to keep asking is my order ready when people who were behind me were getting their pizza firstYour better off going to Fat Joes Pizza across the street

I wanted to update my review to mention that they now have halal options! Halal pepperoni and halal chicken! Great customer service

We only picked up kids fettuccine Alfredo to go for my daughter. She did enjoy it. Nice friendly service.

The food was delicious. Plenty of cheese and good service .. the ambiance was warm and welcoming

In a world where there is a Pizza Place on every corner. The competition is intense, and only one Pizza Shop can come out on-top. With a unique name, great location, and neat aesthetic, Crust Pizza is a definite contender. The Aliana area is booming with tons of shops, and pizza options. After a long day of studying at a nearby tea-shop, we decided to give Crust a chance. It was a Friday and this place was absolutely buzzing! Delicious smells of food, welcome you as you walk right in. It was almost hard to find a seat with so many folks inside this big location. Aside from the food, Crust has local beers, and fantastic options for wine at a good price, which we absolutely loved. I am the weird guy that will order a non-pizza item at a pizza spot. So, I will proudly tell you that I had a Baked Italian Flat Bread Sandwich. There are pasta and salad options as well, that seemed pretty tempting. My friend, isn't as a weird and he ordered a personal size: Big Don's Meat and Cheese Pizza.The pizza was awesome, a bit small, for a personal size, but not bad for 10 bucks. Quality is clearly key at this establishment. My sandwich was very tasty and came accompanied with home made chips. All and all, this place definitely stands out with all the pizza options in the area. Great service, food options, and not too pricey. I'd definitely recommend coming here. Bring the fam!

Delightful pizza. We love Hawaiian and BBQ flavor! Good location, clean. Kind workers.
