Crumbl - Holly Springs

I don't dislike Crumbl but I just think they're too sweet for my personal liking. I do like that they change their cookies weekly!

This is the the most addictive product with genius marketing found in the RDU area. The product is warm, delicious, HUGE cookies. The genius is being open till midnight. This place is hopping and they actually staff enough people to keep the cookies moving out the door. Ordering is done on an iPad and the transactions are cashless. They will call your number and you see the cookies before they hand you the box. I will warn you now, THE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES ARE LIFE . They also sell milk or ice cream to complete the perfect cookie. You have the munchies?....they got you!

The staff were nice and it was my birthday. I ended up buying more cookies than I should have. It was nice to get a delicious cookie for my birthday though. Look forward to doing it again soon

Awful experience here this evening. I have been to this location 2-3 times and never had any real issues. I ordered a 4 pack of cookies and requested 2 chocolate chip and 2 red velvet cookies. The employee calls my name and said we only have 1 red velvet left and I could wait 25 minutes or choose something else. I said no problem I'll just take a chocolate cookie with fudge on top. He brings over my box a minute later and it has 2 chocolate fudge cookies and 2 chocolate chip. I asked where was the 1 red velvet and He wasn't sure. I asked him to replace a fudge cookie with another chocolate chip. Nope they don't have anymore of those and that's a 25 minutes wait also. Requested a full refund which he was able to do. You might want to put in your self checkout systems when you are out of cookies or maybe let people know as they come in. I'm not sure I know anyone that is going to wait 25 minutes for a $4 cookie. Probably going to skip Crumbl the next time the family wants cookies. Awful customer service and giant waste of time.

Service is good and the product never disappoints me. Definitely recommended on those "cheat" days.

Good service; great quality cookies. Even when the store is very busy, service is always quick and accurate. Never had a bad experience.

First time trying crumbl and they were pretty good! The cookies were huge, soft, and warm. When you go inside you can self-order at a kiosk. We ordered two bottles of milk and right after we paid they let us know they were out but would refund us the difference. They never issued that refund so we never got our money back for the milks but other than that it was a decent experience.

If you go in for pickup you get a better experience then drive up. They always show you the cookies where as pickup they don't from my experience. But overall love the cookies and size you get for the price
