I needed to put in and pick up a large order of 3 dozen cookies - the folks here were super helpful and were able to put in my order and get it ready in no time. They made sure that each box was pristine before letting me walk away with them. I love how I was also able to put a personalized message on the boxes for my team. Out of all the cookies I ordered, I tried the mint brownie and it was absolutely amazing - moist and chewy and just the right amount of mint.Check them out for orders large and small :)

This particular Crumbl has never disappointed. I've ordered from Crumbl locations all over the city and even in other states. Sometimes a topping is wrong. Many times, the cutter is missing. The cookies are always delicious, but the accuracy had been inconsistent. Never the case with The Woodlands Crumbl! The order is always perfect, and the shop is clean and welcoming :)

The velvet chocolate, sugar, and chocolate marshmallow cookies are what I would recommend. I didn't. Enjoy the chocolate chip cookie at all tho. I'm not sure why but it just didn't taste like a standard chocolate chip cookie. It tasted as if there was too much flour, not enough sugar and like the chocolate chips were stale and not real chocolate. It could be that the type of chocolate chips used, were not what I was used to. If I go again, I would only purchase two cookies, the sugar and red velvet cookies. They are very very large, about the size of both my hands. Me and my mom split them over the course of 4 days. They will certainly give you your maximized sugar intake for the day so don't bother eating anything else lose sweet. I have a sweet tooth so I'm sure I'll end up checking out some of the other dessert shops in and around the woodlands and spring area.

I love picking up the milk chocolate chip cookies, that alternate weekly with the semisweet chocolate chip cookies. I also enjoy trying the ever changing cookie menu. The one consistency is that the cookies are large, have a crunch to the outer layer while having a soft chewiness to it. The cookies are ALWAYS fresh. A few things to consider, having the app and ordering in advance will guarantee cookies are ready at the pickup time you choose. Another benefit of the app is that you can accrue points with every purchase that can lead to free cookies. Ordering in store is also an option via a self serve kiosk or with a staff member. If you like sharing the cookie or dividing to save for later, you can purchase a perfectly sized cookie cutter from the store. I recommend using an airtight Tupperware if you plan to eat a day or more later, for freshness. And if you'd like smaller sized cookies, they are only for catering sized orders

Delicious, every single time. Clean and smells amazing when you open the door. The girl who helped me was new and a lil awkward, but was nice. I got one of each, 6 box. My teacher was happy to receive.
