Crumbl - Cinco Ranch

Came to this location for the free cookie day. They were very quick with the service. Did not have to wait long at all for the cookie to come out. I also got myself a tres leches cake. Cake is served chilled and it was very flavorful! Crumbl is one of my fav spots for desserts. All their cookies are extra big so it's a good portion to share with a friend !

It's not that I hate crumble cookies, I just don't love it. I think what bothers me the most is how the flavors change weekly. It's a hit or miss obviously, and this week was just OK. I ordered blueberry cheesecake and the cookies & creme milkshake. For starters, I thought the blueberry cheesecake was really good. However, the Oreo cookie was eh. I regretted not ordering a basic chocolate chip cookie.

Great cookies great service and good location. I'm here at least once a week to get my cookie fix.

These are the best cookies in Katy! I've had crumbl cookies before at other locations, but this location is by far my favorite. The cookies were fresh and warm. The customer service was top tier as well. I highly recommend it.

Amazing cookies - I love the variety!! And the flavor combinations are outstanding - there are some I wish would be available all the time.

I keep wanting to love the cookies here. I've had them both here and the Kingwood location and the cookies here always taste like cleaning supplies. Not sure why the taste is so strong. Posting for awareness of the owners to maybe look into different ways of cleaning because it's very strong.

normally this location is good to me, but some workers are just so entitled and rude!!! this one small little high school lookin female, salma i think her name was, was talking bad behind the counter loudly and just was not cool and made me uncomfortable. seriously, someone check her phone. Then she mis pronounced my named really really bad and when i corrected her she laughed in my face :( lastly, her cookie swirl was really f***ing bad and tasted like grimy fingers. Crumbl hire better employees because they represent your company.

I discovered Crumbl during the pandemic, and I remember one of the first flavors I had ever tried was confetti cake, and it was my favorite cookie and still remains to be so. I like the concept of how they switch up flavors every week (it's fun checking the new rotation on Sunday nights), but I will say that some weeks are great and some are just meh. I wish they'd offer a 2-pack because anytime I do go, I don't want just one cookie, but I also don't want 4 haha. There have been many times where I got the 4-pack just to "save money", but tbh I probably ended up wasting more money since I could never finish all the cookies, either because it was just too much or I got flavors I wanted to try but didn't end up liking. At this location, it's $4.20 per single cookie!I was waiting in line to order at the front, but the customers ahead of me were taking a really long time, so I actually ended up going to the self service kiosk, and my cookies came out less than a minute after the order was placed! They have curbside and carry out as an option for pick up as well if you order through the app & there is plenty of parking, since target is a couple doors down, and there are many other businesses in the area. Do note that they only accept card!

Absolutely delicious cookies, service is ok, ambiance is a bit unwelcoming. Very clean inside just not much interaction with the staff.
