Crispy Rolls Station

This food truck honestly amazes me. The meat is always fresh and served VERY hot, and the concept of rolled shawarma, dipping in cheese sauce, ketchup and (this other sauce I'm unsure of) is so appealing. The fries were mid, nothing too crazy. The service was very fast and they're very kind. And since it's a food truck area, there's a lot of places you can sit around or go to your car to eat your food. It's also nice that the area was very well lit. It wouldn't make you feel like you're in a parking lot, more like a flea market type.Would recommend to try 10/10

Deep fried chicken shawarma - 9.5/10 - $13.99Starting off the new year with a post of my new favorite halal food truck! I lovee shawarmas and this spot took it took to another level! The shawarma was so crispy, cheesy, and not greasy/oily at all. I also loved the fries but i do wish they were crispier. Definitely recommend trying this spot!!

I was in the Moosa Colony food court where this food truck is located. I ordered a crispy chicken schawarma rice bowl. It was really good. I wanted to try the Deep Fried Boxes but I already had too much food from other trucks as well. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender inside. The rice had good flavor and the sauce had a good flavor as well. The service was quick. It took about 7 minutes for my order to be ready. I enjoyed the meal and I will definitely be back for the Deep Fried Boxes and some Grape Leaves.

I tried out this galleria food truck park addition last night and was not disappointed. Their menu offers both chicken and beef shawarma like rolls which are deep fried to crispy perfection. The roll I had was huge and filled with tender chicken chunks, melted mozzarella and cheddar in a tortilla shell. We got the box, which comes with a cheese, ketchup and white sauce plus fries. I recommend just getting roll if you aren't sharing. Bonus all their meat is halal.

The idea of the food is great but both beef and chicken roll are lacking in flavor. If not for the dips included the roll itself would be dry. If you enjoy crunch in your food then this is for you.
