I've been here a couple times in the past and had gotten a *slightly* warmer reception then, but it's gotten worse. The gray-haired lady behind the counter is very rude and unwelcoming. Imagine the soup guy from Seinfeld, but with coffee. I went twice in a week because I needed a convenient location to meet someone, and I like to support small businesses. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day the first time (the shop was empty), but she was even more rude to me the second time. I ordered a regular coffee and she just pointed at the self-serve pots, but then practically slapped my hand away when I reached for a cup (stacked by the pots). She asked if I wanted anything in it and I said milk, and she rolled her eyes like that was an out-of-line request. I felt very uncomfortable in general, like she didn't want me there. Prices aren't listed on their board. Coffee was cold and weak. I like supporting local small businesses, but in this case...I won't be back.

*****Amazing Customer Service and Muffins******Lemmon Poppy Seed Muffin is all that and a bag of chips. I stopped by here for a short time and was greeted by very nice folks working behind the counter. I ordered a coffee with espresso. The coffee is just fine. What stands out here are the baked goods and the hospitality. They have a small selection of bakery items but what they do have is better than a giant bakery of goods. The lemon poppy muffin was amazing. If i had the recipe, I would open my own shop and rake in the money! On second thought, I would probably eat all the muffins along with all the profits! The shop is small, warm, and friendly. The customers are also very nice.Parking is easy. There is a giant lot with plenty of spaces. Price-A little hefty for me for the coffee, but they could pretty much charge me an arm and a leg for the muffin and I would still get it! So many places in my life that I treasure with Crescent in the name. I am adding this to the list. If I am ever back in the area, I will for sure stop by!

I highly recommend you visit during their Sunday breakfast meals- such as their pancake and french toast days where you can have your choice of toppings of a 3 stack pancakes. I'm definitly returning for their french toast day(there's also an omelette day) the interior is relaxing and cozy to relax for a day to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. I always enjoy a refreshing ice chai latte with my meal! They also have pastry treats like muffins and loafs for your beverage if you're looking for something sweet

It's been a while since I've frequented this cafe, but it's definitely changed since the last time I was here. The cozy couch they had is no longer here, which kind of sucks since my intention to come here was to study. It's been replaced with a round table, which isn't bad, but it's inconvenient. The service I received was less than satisfactory. The older lady, I guess she's the owner or the manager, was very unwelcoming and had a terrible attitude. For her complaining about not having business and being so slow they have to close, she sure isn't helping that issue at all. When I used to come here the atmosphere was always comforting and warm. If I'm going to pay almost 10$ for a muffin & tea, I might as well go somewhere else. She was extremely rude about me getting tea & then when I asked for some honey & which milks they had, she very nastily asked, "Is there anything else?" When I said no, she rolled her eyes and shook her head as she was adding it into my cup. I definitely won't be coming back so good luck on keeping the cafe open. By the way, she was very welcoming to the white woman ahead of me, and the white women who came in after me, even calling her sweetly & she didn't get an attitude when the woman asked questions. To add on to my previous statement, she's been having a conversation with the same white woman who came in & has been friendly with her. Maybe it's just a PoC thing.

Shout out to Linda and Lauren! I originally came in to grab utensils but I was greeted with amazing service. I was able to sample coffee, plus I was more tired than normal so I decided to examine the menu and get some coffee. I went with a frappe, they also recommended the breakfast sandwich which is huge btw. I was even given fruit with my meal! The breakfast sandwich is DELICIOUS, but the coffee, I'm not a huge coffee drinker but that's the best coffee I've ever had. Such a wonderful experience. The shop is beautifully decorated, I wish I had time to sit down. I'll be back to try the whole menu

Came here to grab coffee and a quick bite but the place had a very weird vibe. There was an older lady who I think might have been the owner. She was very unwelcoming and rude. My sister and I asked her if they had wifi and her response was rude. Kind of like "duh" of course we have wifi but not in a nice way. Not sure what was up with her but we decided to leave.

Got off of work the other morning and was starving!! I almost went somewhere else then remembered this lovely little place was on my way home and i'm so glad I came here instead! They offered me a special sandwich they're starting and it was absolutely delicious!!! I had to force myself to put it down because I was eating so fast.. I believe it's called the "Feta Spread Wrap" it comes with a salad or chips. 10/10 recommend. The lady's there were so nice as well.

I loved this quaint little coffee shop! It's a must try if you live in the area. I met the owner Linda and we had a nice conversation! She was telling me what inspired her to open the shop and how long she's been there. She also explained that the food is made without preservatives and the quiche was made with cage-free eggs among other things.I tried the chocolate chip pumpkin muffin. It was so much better than expected! Super moist and delicious. Many coffee shop muffins I've had are really dry, but I think she has a really good local supplier and she also seems to really take pride in her shop and the quality of her food items and coffee. I also had a lavender chai with almond milk. Not bad! Linda explained to me the difference between espresso drinks and coffee and to my surprise, espresso has less caffeine than a regular coffee, so I'll be trying that next time. Definitely try this place if your looking for a new coffee experience!
