Cravin' Confections Dessert Bar

I stopped by while in the area. I find interest in late-night dessert bars, especially since it's an untapped market in the Triangle area. I could hear the live music playing from outside. Sounded nice. The decor and lighting were nice here. The staff who I spoke to upon entering seemed unenthused. There were no pleasantries. Nothing about the customer service upon entering felt warm and welcoming. Overall, very nice place, clean and spacious with plenty of seats. I ordered the carrots cake which was very good. I also had prosecco. I decided to eat half and take the remainder home. When I approached the counter for my to-go box I feel there was a smile and a more pleasant demeanor from the other staff. Had I received the enthused and consistently pleasant demeanor from ALL staff members that I witnessed other customers receiving - this would easily have been a 4*.

Food - We got hand pies & turnovers. They were so so yummy & the perfect touch to our Thanksgiving dinner! I was able to run in & out & leave with top notch desserts! All local products! Service- absolutely fabulous. I wasn't rushed and went through the entire menu Ambiance - perfect for a date night, girls night out, birthdays or just a night out. Grab drink, stay a while & enjoy a bangin' slice of pie! Family owned. We were pleasantly surprised! Be prepared for the price tag!

I first learned about Cravin' Confections at a Yelp Elite Event. It is located in the new Wheatfield Shopping Center. It is one of the shops currently open in the shopping center. This shopping center has its own traffic light too so it is easy to get in and out of it.The staff is very friendly here. The space is open with many tables to sit and enjoy what you buy. They offer desserts; cocktails; savory food and even lunches to go although those must be pre-ordered. The focus is on high quality ingredients and from local vendors. After sampling six desserts I knew I needed to buy some to take home with me. I also knew the temperatures would be dropping and that I love hot cocoa when it is chilly out so was excited to see the hot cocoa bombs. Then there were macarons too. I would have preferred that the items to be labeled so I didn't have to ask the flavors. The bakery can be rented out for private parties.

Such a nice bakery/ bar. Yes I did say bar and bakery!This bakery is pretty new the owners are really friendly and very talented all of the baled goods are made on the premise and the items rotate weekly.I really liked their peppermint macron it had just the right amount of Peppermint. Mt husband Lived the Eclair- he said the cream inside was delicious.I did have a cookies and cream cocktail and it was very tasty.They are open late hours you can check the website.

Great Gluten free options! The owner and staff are so accommodating. Options rotate by the month. Son is Celiac and we frequent often with no issues. Love this place!

I stopped by after having dinner and hearing the live music from outside. It was around 9:20 and they close at 10. The staff was friendly and the woman working the front did a great job of explaining flavors/textures of the cakes they had up front. Opted for the smores cake because of her description. Presentation was great. The marshmallow and chocolate layer were my favorite. 4 people could have all been satisfied from this slice of cake, it was massive. We stayed until closing, didn't feel rushed out or anything. The live music was fantastic and added a nice touch to the ambiance. Will definitely come back to try something else as well.

Amazing fancy dessert bar for a nightcap or to satisfy your sweet tooth! They have drinks and high quality desserts. We couldn't get enough of their Baked Alaska and Creme Brûlée. Their dessert menu changes weekly, the creme brûlée was vanilla bean and baked Alaska was cherry vanilla and both were so good. Can't wait to come back soon. The waitress was amazing, she was very personable. The place itself is adorable with the light blue walls. We enjoyed our cocktails, gingerbread White Russian and old fashioned. We ordered desserts to take home. Bothe the cheesecake and crème brûlée were delicious. However, we felt $9 for the tiny portion of crème brûlée was too high.

Stopped in on a whim while waiting for my Ramen. Love the concept.. desserts and booze. Is there a more perfect idea for a ladies night? I wish I'd taken a picture of the most delicious macaroon I've ever eaten. Seriously amazing! I grabbed a mini key lime pie to share with my honey later. I'll definitely be back with the girls!

Everything I have ever had there has been amazing! Especially recommend any of the cakes--the coconut cake, particularly. Crème brûlée and chocolate pecan pie are really good, too. You really can't go wrong.
