Crave Creamery

Crave Creamery is a cute Asian-owned ice cream shop that also serves up mochi donuts.We stopped by after having dinner, and this small place seemed to have recently opened up. Their flavors of ice cream seem to rotate through - I ended up getting a Toasted Maple Butter Pecan, and it was creamy and tasty.Don't be shy in asking for samples!The staff are friendly, and the place has only a handful of tables. We went here in a Saturday night for the first time. I love supporting local creameries and it's really nice to find one open in the winter. This is located in a little strip mall among a few other restaurants. We walked inside and noticed a long line but didn't think anything of it. We ended up waiting over 35 minutes in line! I've never seen an ice cream store so slow. It was painful. 2 staff members are certainly not enough for the volume this place experiences. Making a sundae takes a lot of time and one person in front of us ordered 5 to go! We were getting really agitated. I don't like wasting time. The ice cream is really good and thankfully so since we had to wait so long for it. People in front of us wouldn't move along as the line kept going which made it hard to see all the ice cream flavors since they aren't posted on the wall. They also have gelato, milkshakes, bubble tea and even donuts. I thought the charge for different types of cones was expensive and overpriced. In the end I opted for the chocolate peanut butter and a scoop of the sweet cream with caramel and pretzels. The pretzels tasted stale and this flavor was a bit too sweet. The chocolate peanut butter was delicious. My friend had the cherry and was really good. Nice ice cream flavors but definitely don't want to wait that long for ice cream again.

Meh. For the best local totally homemade ice cream and a very welcoming staff I much prefer Scooped in Media.

I have never seen this spot before even though it's so close by because I don't come this way. But when I saw homemade ice cream, I knew I had to stop by. My friend and I both got two scoops (cow) of ice cream, though they also have gelato and sorbet. He got chocolate and I got white raspberry + lemon. The ice cream was absolutely delicious. The employee working the front was super kind and chatty. She clearly explained what was available and welcome me to test flavors (including the two I got plus the "heaven" flavor). It was also quite a lot of ice cream for a reasonable price. The place was pretty empty in the evening on the week day, but had some nice decorations. I'm going to consider this a hidden gem for now on. I must have missed it because I tend to look for ice cream as a late night treat, and the place closes at 9 pm.

Of course I had to celebrate National Ice Cream Day with a visit to my momma's local favorite ice cream spot! Last time I came, I tried the thai ice tea which I'm gonna overlook for being just meh because they aren't known for that. But today was extra good! My fave thing used to be the apple pie gelato, but I think the pecan praline might give it competition! I was going to just order one scoop in a tiny cup, but their coco puffs covered ice cream cone starred a hole right through my foodie soul. I decided to embrace th calories and get that cone. The cashier asked me, "Is it ok if the coco puffs are being held on the cone by marshmallows?" I replied, "You just made my day."The ice cream itself was soooooo good. I mean most of their ice cream is good, but my goodness I love the taste of pecans and this ice cream was full of them. I glad I only ordered one scoop because I would've passed out from two. The icecream did melt pretty quickly down the coco puffs making it a but messy, but it was also pretty hot outside. Happy ice cream day to all!

Place offers ice cream, bubble tea, and gelato! We ordered different ice creams and gelato and although it was good, it wasn't great. There was one worker who seemed tired and disengaged. The family before us ordered a bubble tea which took him 20-30 min to prepare. So although it was a cold late weekday afternoon, we waited more than 30 min for our ice cream.

I was in town for a soccer match and was looking forward to trying some of this ice cream, unfortunately drove out of my way to find that it's closed and the hours are posted incorrectly.

The staff is friendly and the options are abundant. The kids had mint chip and cookie dough. They thought it was good. We had peach and egg nog. I was disappointed in the peach. We will go back for another try and see what happens

Tasty ice cream and a friendly helpful staff. It was very clean inside. We just got regular scoops and a milkshake. No complaints.

Found this ice cream shop on my daily errand run and wow what a find - best ice cream I have had - got chocolate peanut butter, pistachio, coffee, Oreo cookies cake batter.All flavors were rich creamy and smooth with a ton of flavor - my favorite was coffee and Oreo cookie cake batter - a must for all your ice cream cravings !!!!
