Visited this place last night. Ordered the 4 piece chicken. They were out of most of the sides. Their was only Mac and cheese, onion rings, and French fries. It came with 3 sides so I decided to just try them all. I ordered my daughter a kids cheeseburger and added bacon. We chose to dine in. It took about 30 minutes for our food to come out. When it came out they originally forgot my daughter's fries. The lady was going to take her burger back to add fries, but I asked her to just bring them separately since we had waited long already. My daughter loved her burger. Especially the sweet bacon. My Mac and cheese was runny and it taste like it was going bad. I told the waitress and she asked did I want them to remake it or something else, but I told her no. The onion rings also tasted really bad. I bit into 2 different ones and couldn't do it. I noticed a guy sitting near by did not eat his either, so I knew it wasn't just me. The fries were ok. The fried chicken was good, but they only had Cholula and no Tabasco or Louisiana hot sauce. I paid a little over $43 plus a $5.00 tip. The only thing that was worth eating was the fried chicken, and the burger my daughter got. I only took the chicken to go, and left the rest to be thrown away.

I was interested in trying something new and after having spent the day in the Katy area, I decided to stop by. I was intrigued by the chef and owner's experience on the food network as it's one of my favorite networks .I ordered the morning after burger which featured a waffle as the bun, a fried egg, and candied bacon. It was really tasty and came with a side of syrup. I like savory dishes so the sweetness of the waffle was good enough for me. I think it was a good balance of salty and sweet and felt like the tomato was a necessary add. I would've even added a pickle to add a bit more tartness. I didn't order a drink and was given tap water which I thought was really kind but it tasted like toilet water ... not the restaurants fault but I'd recommend staying away from the water lol. My partner ordered the BBQ burger with fries. I ate the scraps of their fries and thought they were good. I'd come back to try their other meals. I didn't interact with the staff much but they were friendly and gave good and timely service. The restaurant has food network on the tvs and there are Houston themed murals on the wall which is a nice touch for the decor.

First time here and I was suggested by the Katy Foodie Group (or whatever it is called on Facebook), sadly they have lead me astray more times than I would like to count. Now this place has some significant reviews which are a bit overrated. The location is limited in seating. The bar top has seen some better days with it being all out of level and big chunks glued together. The service was friendly and normal. Not a long wait for food at all but it was an off hour where only 3 customers were dining. The food was prepared well. Burger was cooked to order which is a pleasant surprise. Sadly cooked to order or not the burger was boring. Granted it's just a cheeseburger with a little pathetic piece of Kraft (seemingly) single laid on top covering 70% of the patty. Veggies were fresh. The added house sauce was underwhelming. The bun was fine. Little tough but held up to weight of the burger, veg and sauce. Fries are not my ideal cut but they were relatively fresh and well seasoned. More so than the burger. Overall this is similar to what you get from ordering at a hospital cafeteria.

I Visited Craft Burger for lunch on a Saturday. The place was empty and I can say it was very clean. Since this was my first time I asked the young lady taking my order for recommendations and she responded as if she never even ate there, which was a throw off. My girlfriend had the lobster roll which we were told is only served on certain days. The lobster roll lacked flavor and needed extra Lemon to taste like something. The truffle burger was Awful! The burger is stuffed with cheese, and once I took one bite, blood and cheese came out from the bottom and that was it for me. I don't recommend. Also they had a huge sign saying no shakes, which was something we wanted to check out. So that was a downer. The best thing they had was the sweet potato fries, best I have ever had. If you are in the mood for great sweet potato fries and are nearby go here.

The double American, the classic and the Blue Cheese burger were all cooked to order and had amazing flavor. The onion rings are home made and the fries are tasty. Don't miss Craft Burger.

I was jonesing for a burger so I found Craft Burgers in my Yelp "burgers near me" search. It's a small place with inside & outside seating. We sat outside. We ordered 2 burgers, fries, onion rings, a drink, & a strawberry cheesecake milkshake. Cost was reasonable at around $61, which included a 20% tip. I had the bacon bbq burger and onion rings. The burger was definitely messy....in the very best way. I loved the bbq sauce. It was a mustardy base instead of a tomato base. So good!!! The onion strings were crispy and loaded on top of the burger. I couldn't eat all of them. The bacon was tasty, definitely not store bought bacon....seasoned somehow--yum. Big juicy pieces, just the way I like them. If you like crispy bacon you might have to tell them to make it crispy. The meat was nicely seasoned...not overly seasoned which would've messed with the flavorful sauce. The onion rings were big and crispy. I little greasy but not too much...they are deep fried so that's expected. I enjoyed everything I ordered but couldn't eat everything. Good portion sizes. The hubs got the buffalo blue mushroom burger. The burger had great flavor. He did say his burger was greasy. He couldn't eat the bottom bun because it was too wet. I didn't experience that with mine so maybe it's that particular burger. He still enjoyed it. Just knife & forked it. The fries were seasoned nicely & crispy. He definitely wants to return so he will try a different burger next time to see. Now let's talk dessert. Honestly I wasn't expecting the amazing goodness that was delivered to our table. We expected some cheesecake pieces inside the milkshake. Nope... it was an entire piece of cheesecake on top of the shake. It was super good. Not too sweet for all the sweet deliciousness. I don't think the cheesecake was homemade but it was a high quality piece of cheesecake. We couldn't finish it but gave it our best effort. Oh my.... My pants shrunk during my visit. You've been warned. The chef/manager came out and checked on everyone. That goes a long way. Everyone was friendly and helpful! Go visit this small business. You won't regret it. We didn't.

Had this place on our list for months before finally making the drive out while visiting family in Katy. I think it's important to know timing matters. We visited later in the evening on weekend and it was busy but not overwhelming. The food was stunning-definitely pretty for pics to make people envious but it was also delicious. We had chicken sandwich, lobster roll, fries and dessert. After our first visit, we returned again and had another great meal and service. During our fist visit, the owner was there and greeted everyone. Whenever we are in the area, this will be at the top of our list.

Came in Saturday and evening around 7:15pm. There were four other customers inside.Wait time was 5 minutes for my Togo order.Sat at the bar while I waited which needed a good wipe down, was very sticky. Ordered a classic cheese burger and onion rings. The food was edible but not amazing. Meat was bland and Onion rings lacked flavor, could have used seasoning. I wouldn't return. Certainly not worth the $17.00
