Breakfast was the worst! The chicken fried steak was severely overcooked, eggs were cold and so was the hash brown casserole. The biscuits came out 15 minutes after our food which took 45 minutes ( wasn't crowded) to come out. An overall mess! The table was dusty and dirty, the second cup of coffee came out cold and it took forever to get another cup. I'm saddened by how this location has changed. Service and quality has hit an all time low. I was here 11 months ago which means, it's time to say goodbye for good. I will not provide the waitress's name because; management should be reprimanded for the substandard restaurant...it starts from the TOP!

We ordered our Thanksgiving meals from Cracker Barrel this year due to several personal reasons. We ordered the Turkey feast (feeds 8-10 people) and the glazed ham. Two sides, rolls, and a pumpkin pie come with the turkey feast. We obviously added an extra pecan and some more sides for good measure.I loved the idea of everything pre cooked and essentially "warming up" everything. For me personally, it was the only convenient way to do Thanksgiving this year. Given the warm up instructions of the main course, sides and rolls, you do need to factor in timing of when food goes in and out. Other than that I was a fan of this.Now how much does something like this cost? Well for us, we paid about $285. Keep in mind that's two turkey breasts , ham, pecan pie , extra sides etc.Peace of advice , listen to the serving size here. We totally ordered way too much food for 4 people. I assumed portions were small and not realistic. I was wrong.Love : the fresh turkey with its natural juice (when it comes out it's pretty close in taste with the real deal), pumpkin pie is just good, Cracker Barrel rolls are too. Sweet potatoes casserole was good. Not so good: cornbread dressing was okay , turkey gravy was okay, and the mashed potato was okay as well. All in all I enjoyed this experience. I ordered online, I paid with a credit card and had a set time and location to get it from. I didn't even have to go in the store as the location had a drive thru in back for any heat n serve items. I can't say I'll always do this route for Thanksgiving BUT this year with family health issues and a 7 month year old. I can't see how I could realistically do everything the more traditional route. Our server, was very attentive. And got our order just right. The server who brought our food out was also great! Our food was cooked perfectly, and everything tasted great. Our only issue was our table had crumbs left on it and it took awhile to get our order in. Not a big big deal, just explaining our experience. Check out was easy, and all the staff was on point and courteous.I love the store as well. It has all kinds of small gifts. I ended up purchasing a few items for gifts. The store itself gives you the country home feel, it would be hard not to find something of interest in the store.

We had food catered in for a group of 16. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The delivery person was friendly and professional. The only downfall and the reason for minus two stars is, my admin has been having trouble getting an itemized receipt from this location. She has called several times, each time she is placed on hold and forgotten. She is based in a Dallas, I'm in Austin, and this meeting was catered in Houston.

Let me see where to start:1.). Terrible service by Naomi. Terrible because she was able to quickly provide coffee, biscuits and Apple butter that I asked for. This meant I "had" to eat it (or risk being unsociable) and I enjoyed every morsel.2.) Terrible Chicken Pot Pie. I realize Cracker Barrel is known for "comfort food" but this was ridiculously delicious! I was so stuffed I barely had room for the Chocolate Cake.3.) Chocolate Cake. This was probably the worst part of my meal! It was a large portion and it absolutely REFUSED to take "no" for an answer when I said to myself I was full. The cake didn't care, it kept screaming, "EAT ME!"4.) Finally, service was always here to check on things and Naomi and Sydney, another server, never lent cup of coffee go empty.So - if you are on a diet of kale and interested in self-torture, this is a terrible place to go. For the rest of us -- come enjoy a DELICIOUS meal and great service!

Terrible experience and bad food. We got sat down at 3pm and after 15 minutes of waiting for our server I had to get up to ask the hostess for someone to take our order. At the same time we got sat down, two other tables in front of us were also sat down and with no server in sight. Even the table next to us said they had waited for a long time for their food. Finally our server Shalon took our drink and food order, barely checked on us and then we noticed that the other two tables in front of us were also her tables. One table ended up leaving after no service, and the table next to us spoke up to another server (hispanic girl with dark hair and bangs) who did not seem to care at all about the situation. I am attaching a photo of that server because I was not able to catch her name. The same table in front of us that waited close to half an hour just for drinks also spoke up to her about the wait and she did not even acknowledge them!! The only server who was checking in on us was Orlando, super nice and friendly. The food was terrible, chicken and dumplings were watery, and it took forever. Just an overall sucky experience at this location. Do yourself a favor and go spend your hard earned money where they actually value your business.Adding to this review that we had also ordered a side of 2 pancakes and never got them, also as you can see in the photo I didn't get a spoon for my chicken and dumplings. We didnt even bother asking for anything anymore because we just wanted to leave asap.

RIP Cracker Barrel. This place used to be good. I've been coming here with my family for over 20years. Today they lost my business. The service was horrible and the manager did nothing to fix the problem. The stupid rent-a-cop would not stop harassing us. Seriously, save your money and go somewhere else. This place is a sh*t show.

Let me start off by saying our server was AMAZING! She was attentive and so kind. Now for the bad which out weighed the good. When we were first walked in there was a prettt large puddle on the ground of some liquid, the girl who walked us over didn't even acknowledge until someone in my party mentioned it, even then she just stepped tapped her foot in it and walked away never came back with a sign or anything. We had to make our server aware to she don't trip and even she didn't clean it up or put a sign out. Our whole meal we had the puddle right by our table luckily we/no one tripped but definitely a HUGE safety issue. (Photo below)Next I will speak on the food the new watermelon lemonade drink was solid 3/10 as I said our server was attentive but lemonade was bad enough where i sad when she brought me a refill without me asking.I had the the BYO Breakfast and I am now realizing they never brought me my biscuit and gravy although we were provided the free biscuits and the sugar glazed ham was almost to tough to eat and somehow the bacon just tasted like cardboard, the sasuage patty was read inside. Over my meal was a solid 3/10. Again our server was great just wished the food and the wet floor safety wasn't an issue. Probably would not eat at this location again.

Waitress assigned to us took 15min to greet us and when she did finally acknowledge us after walking passed us 6 times she was rushing the interaction. During the interaction she got attitude when we asked about the sides that we could choose from and seemed slightly irritated altogether, we also put a last minute order of cornbread in the only acknowledgment that we got was her rolling her eyes at us. When our food finally came to the table we noticed the biscuit that are included with our meals was missing and then when we asked about them she said she would have to charge us extra if we kept asking for more food? Why would we get charged extra if it's included . She was the only interaction we had throughout the visit everyone else was sweet and accommodating.

I had a wonderful experience and a delicious breakfast. Great service for the hostess, waitress and management team. Manager, Isaac, check on our table twice to ensure all was good. I have been here before, but this experience was outstanding from start to finish.Retail was clean and organized as well as restrooms were very clean. Dining area was busy, but staff was cleaning tables as soon as people left.Good Job! I will be back and recommend others give them a try.
