"Even though I live near this place and have been driving by it for long time now, it was only recently that I finally stopped in when I was craving a burger. I must say it's a real good deal for the price, for the most part. However, the only complaint I have comes today. I ordered the chicken fried chicken sandwich, great crunch and flavor. They pound the chicken breast pretty thin so it looks HUGE (see my pictures of it) . I would say maybe leave a little bit of the thickness to it. My other complaint is that I decided to add bacon and cheese to it. A couple of strips of bacon came to $2.25 and cheese was $1.45 The food comes out of the kitchen super fast and the waitresses are almost always super attentive!"

"One of my friends had a birthday get together here in the private room area for her son. I liked it because it was tucked away from everyone else and we were able to have the privacy we needed while celebrating. They brought out appetizers and everything was fried to perfection! I haven't been in the main area or tried anything else other than the soft drinks and appetizers, but I plan on going back very soon! The waitress who was assisting us, was very detail oriented and stayed on top of making sure we were good."

"I havent been to an applebees in SO long but I liked it here! We came for veterans day and it was free entree :) They gave us all $5 giftcards to their restaurant too.Now onto the food...We asked our sirloin to be cooked medium rare but it came out well done unfortunately. I also got the chicken caesar salad and it was really good but the chicken tasted weird to me. The bread was so hard too I took a bite and that was it.I think the best dish we had was the fiesta chicken for sure!"

"After having first been at Farah's, I wasn't sure what to expect from the "Pelicant." What greeted me was a hoppin crowd, loads of hotties and a Texas country band. In a word: partttttayyyyyyyy.The place was crazy crowded but those bartenders were moving around at light speed. We ordered shots and drinks and made friends and stayed until they absolutely kicked us out. It's like this place posted up in the 80s and never left... and we loved it."

"Late night meal and ordered from the hooter website. It took 48mins and it was walking distance to get. Since we were from out of town and late we just waited for the dasher. Our order came in cold and wrong. They charged for Flats which I asked and I did not get what I ordered.Then when I called their customer service the lady was rude and was only on the job for 7 days according to her and did not know what to do. So she left us on hold for over 30 mins and hung up on us. Then we called the restaurant there was no answer even though we know they are still open.So then we called the 800 number all they did was take our info. So useless!!!!"

I ordered the beef street tacos, they were perfectly seasoned & looked just like photos. Serving size was huge. I brought 2 home for later. Hubby had the bacon burger which was perfectly cooked & delicious. We enjoyed everything about Wings Over Texas & plan on coming back again while in the Freeport area."
