Found this place and got the personal deep dish (4 slices). The pizza was full with toppings, first bite was great. By the time I got to the second slice, the flavors were just not there anymore. went to Stingrays to watch a game and eat dinner. plenty of tv's and seatinginside. we decide on a couple appetizers while waiting on pizza (menu states pizza takes 45-60 minutes)- chips w salsa and guacamole, bacon wrapped jalapenos w chicken. Both appetizers ok- normal bar food. Pizzas came out 70 minutes later- i really don't understand why it takes soooo long to get there pizzas out. not crowded and looks like they have a large pizza oven. In the end, notworth waiting on average/good pizzastaff friendly and helpful

MOMA MIA!! Best pizza in the Crossroads!They pile on the sauce, mozzarella, meats & veggies! I prefer thin crust pizza. And I believe the crusts are wheat flour based. It makes a difference! More healthy than the competition.

Holy cow, driving from San Antonio to Houston, saw all the good reviews gave it a shot, as soon as I saw the picture on the menu of the meatballs on their pizza the way they do them I knew it was gonna be good. I haven't had meatballs on a pizza since I visited New Jersey, and I'm not saying it was Brooklyn Pizza- cause I get it it's the water, but this Indian family has totally nailed the Pizza game. Although I'm not Muslim I still appreciate any place that has Halal meat because I know that any Halal meat means it's premium, because it's from only one cow and I like to think they're better treated at least. I had a custom pizza which was meatballs, minced garlic, spinach, and pepperoncini peppers a.k.a. banana peppers which really took it over the top in my opinion. You can tell that this place is somebody's dream, I love that they have Boba tea, if I lived here I'd be here once a week. But I was just passing through.

Food was sooo good! We had The Freddie, pepperoni, and the buffalo wings! I wish I took a picture but we ate it too fast lol The service was awesome, the guy that checked us out checked on us and was was super nice.The place is very cute too, it's a good vibe and is very clean.

This restaurant brings fine dining to Columbus, TX. The ambiance is upscale, with seating indoors and outdoors, with private seating upstairs.They have a full bar, and wine selections from France, Italy, and USA. Check out their menu. We started with the spinach and artichoke dip, which had lots of gooey cheese on top. They brought corn chips for our gluten free diner. One of our party had pizza, the other had the short ribs, which were tender and delicious. For dessert, we tried the butterscotch custard, and loved it. They don't take reservations (at least not at the time of our visit), so you may have to wait a bit, but it's worth it.

Perfect crispness, cheese-sauce-topping ratio was perfect and it was definitely a popular joint. The iced tea was also on point, which is important when you have to get back on the road on a Saturday afternoon on a drive to Houston. From greet to eat and close, Pizza Parlor has it going on with a smile - the owner greeted at the door, we had a lovely waitress, and everything was good the whole way through. I have to also say the decor was quite retro-chic, they had the whole classic car thing going on, a tribute to the 50's when you walk in, and it definitely is a place to enjoy some time, and certainly family-friendly and you get a real "regulars come here" vibe. I should have heeded the reviews.The girl at the cash register who took our order seemed to be new, because when I ordered a cheese sandwich with extra cheese, she seemed hesitant and confused. She had a pleasant demeanor, though. I told her it was the same thing as an original, but without the meat in it. I told her I wanted everything but onions and meat on it. This is not an unusual order and I've never had a problem at any other Schlotzsky's ordering an original cheese sandwich. She rang it up with a soda and a kid's pizza meal for my granddaughter. They gave us a number to put on our table and we sat down.We weren't sitting long when they brought our order out. That was good. My sandwich was an original with meat and hardly any cheese at all. No bueno. I immediately pointed this out to the woman who served us. She kind of hesitated, so I explained again that I requested no meat and had to tell her to take it back. She took it, but came back with a young guy who was either the manager or the cook. I had to explain it again to him that I wanted an original cheese with extra cheese minus onions. The young woman said they'll redo it and not charge me "this time" and walked of again with my sandwich. She was pretty frosty about it, as if I had deliberately ordered it wrong. I was told the order would take 45 minutes to 1 hour, however the driver arrived in about 40 minutes. The driver was friendly and my pizza was above average hot. Here is my verdict from both:Pizza: The medium Pizza ($13.99) was not bad. Fully baked and included all my toppings I requested. For sure it was not the best pizza that I have ever tasted, but overall I would give it at least 3 stars for preparation, toppings and serving size. Mind you, there are cheaper chain alternatives here in Laredo.Wings: The wings were to me were not cooked/fried to my liking. I prefer crispy wings compared to somewhat of a boiled texture. I understand some like the meat softer, but U prefer my wings battered and also have the sauce flavor applied. If they would have prepared them in that manner, U for sure would giving a higher rating. Bottom line verdict: 2 starsConclusion: I would be willing to give this location another try. The new crushed tomato sauce is so light, and the meatballs were small but plentiful, tender, plumpy, and tasty. The chicken and bacon portions were small, but the flavor was balanced. They got the thin crust right, too: crispy but not burnt. The balsamic drizzle was very sweet instead of tangy like I expected. I didn't want the buffalo drizzle that comes with the pizza so we got the balsamic instead. Next time I'll try it though. I think I'll add pineapple next time too. I'm not a big pizza freak, but we order it because my hubby loves it. I think this new menu may change my mind. It's just lighter and fresher tasting instead of heavy, heavy, heavy.
