"Great food, VERY large servings, but very expensive. There's also an extra 2% fee for "Kitchen Love" added to every check.We've been here a couple of times. It's really good food. The serving sizes are VERY generous, but they can lower the prices by decreasing the serving sizes. Most of the people in here are taking half of their food to go. The prices are just ridiculous.The service is fantastic and friendly - no complaints there. However, it gets very noisy, especially on the weekends. It's not as bad for lunch on a weekday, but still kinda noisy.These prices are from the fall of 2023 and the spring of 2024:* Spicy Chicken Salad - OMG, the chicken is like crack. So moist and spicy. ($16.99)* Omelet - The eggs are kinda dry and lacking cheese. When the waitress asked how things were, we told her. The manager comped half off the price. ($14.99)* Single Pancake - Comes with compote and almond slices. ($8.99)* Shiner Bock Draft - $7 before 3 pm on a Monday.* Iced Tea - $3.49 on a Monday before 3 pm.* Side of Toast - $2.99.I was surprised with an extra charge on my bill. It was labeled "kitchen love." It was 2% of the total check. This might sound like a small cost, but it's not cool when you are surprised with this added cost. When I asked what the "kitchen love" fee was, the waitress told me it was for the staff in the back kitchen. She offered to remove it, and I said yes. (Kitchen love is 2%)The bottom line is that they have great food, and great service, but the prices are just insane."

"Sandi's was a fun breakfast stop for us. It's a quant little greasy spoon with fun memorabilia throughout. My daughter had a blast playing with a rotary phone on the table. We had nice, polite service. The food was good but was not overly great. It was definitely tasty, but we had heard this place had the best breakfast in town and none of us felt it lived up to the hype. It was good, though. One of our orders was wrong but they corrected the issue quickly."

"We came here on 04.06.24 for a quick lunch, driven here by Yelp reviews. The ambiance spoke of authenticity and what probably was going to be one hell of a meal. We were seated promptly and tended to with a lot of attention. We each had the cheese enchilada plate along with some grilled jalapeños. The enchiladas were delicious although the cheese was very Tex-Mex. I don't know even know if it was cheddar or American, but the flavor was good and the texture of the enchiladas was solid. The beans were excellent and reminded me of a good homemade meal. The rice wasn't bad although it was a bit tomatoey. But that is one way of making it - it just wasn't to my taste. Overall, though for a great meal at a very reasonable price, this is the spot."

"I go to school in the area so a couple friends and I come to this diner often for breakfast and it's just a wonderful vibe!Everyone is always so sweet and attentive and honestly every time we have gone we have gotten extremely fast service, our breaks are about 45 minutes long and we normally make it back to class before break ends!Overall we will continue to come here and we appreciate everyone that works here!"

"We were passing by the area and hear about this new resturaunt attached to the TA Gas station and wanted to give it a shot. The business was very easy to find and so much parking.Once arrived we were quickly greeted and seated. We loved the atmosphere of the diner. Bears everywhere! On the table, carvings of bears in the poles, bear curtains, EVERYTHING! We loved it. The menu was vast and we wanted to try everything. The server was very kind, and explained the menu to us. I ordered the Grizz which came with everything! And my girlfriend ordered the BIGFOOT Chicken fried Steak. The food came out fast, and it was delicious! So if you're driving around the area and need to fill up for gas and fill up for food, then I highly recommend this place."

"We have eaten here three times. Both times was really good. I had the chicken fried steak meal on opening day. We went back for breakfast a few days later and I had the biscuit with gravy and sausage and it was great. The third time was for breakfast and I had eggs, bacon, and pancakes. We have had great service every time. The wait staff still have to get in their groove, but nothing out of the ordinary. We will definitely be back."
