I love this business!!! It's better than Rita's and exceeds my expectations! Every time I walk in I am greeted by Cool J himself and Mrs. Cool J! I love walking into a black-owned business that is successful and this is it!! This is just a regular ice cream and shaved ice shop. Ice creams are comparable to Dairy Queen. Shaved ice was nothing fancy.

"Cool" little spot. Not particularly busy and the water ice was really good. Custard was on point too. Plus they have a liquor license if you want to add a little sumthin to your water ice.

I love this lil spot. My mom lives in Delaware and I was there visiting. It's black owned which I love. They was so nice to us. We got Gelatos which we was craving for and it hit the spot. Definitely going back when I visit again

I absolutely love this place. Water ice and Ice Cream all year around!! Also Saturday nights there is a comedy which includes dinner and a drink! The atmosphere here is mello and welcoming!! Please support this business!

This is a great alternative to Rita's. The water ice is very light and not overpoweringly sweet. One of my neighbors in my development spread the word and now I think I'll visit here rather than Rita's. The only thing I wish they had are smaller sizes. The regular size is quite large.

The ambiance was good. The manager was nice. The ice cream was soft serve. I am used to hard ice cream and that's what I prefer but if you like soft serve it's a nice place. Just not for me. I will not be back.
