Crab ragoons - no crab just chive cream cheese
Vegetable Chinese rice - bland. no veggies and they use long grain. I ordered veggie rice w extra soy sauce, imagine that.

I always order confucio during my lunch and it never fails, it's always amazing. My favorite is the general tai chicken with the fried rice. I changed it up this weeks and got a beef lo mein. I highly recommend this little spot.

Worst Chinese I've had in a while. Veggie rice was bland no flavor. It had two pieces of broccoli, three onions, two small mushrooms and two strips of green pepper. The Krab ragoons where made w/chive cream cheese and the sauce was pale pink and watery. Yuck The spring rolls where cold and under cooked, not flaky and not even sure what it has inside - was not veggies, I took one bite that went into the garage. Yuck

When you don't feel (or can't) cook and are craving some solid Americanized Chinese food classics, Confucio Express hits the spot. They're located right on SW 3rd Avenue / Coral Way and close to I95 if you want to get takeout, but from what I've seen it's just a takeout and delivery setup.The General Tao chicken I ordered - they give you options for mild, medium and hot - had the right amount of kick and sweetness. It came with white rice as a side, The chicken fried rice had plenty of fresh looking & tasting chicken pieces, and a good spread of vegetables (scallions and the like). It's a large enough to feed 2 people for a meal in itself. All in all, it's a pretty solid place for a quick dinner and I'd order from them again.

I was homesick today and this is a piece of home for me... my perfect comfort food This food chain from Barranquilla Colombia is a must try, my favorite is the Confucio's fried rice that I can't resist to eat from the box must confess. The two stars is because the guy was nice over the phone. I'm from NYC just like the other guy they paid to write a review I should've known by the name and when the person answered and I didn't hear "Chyneese foo" that this food was gonna be horrible. Everything down to the specialRice the chicken and broccoli was the absolute worst I've ever tasted. I'm scared to bite the egg rolls and I'm starving to death which means this food is actually 10xs worst than what I think it is. RUN AWAY FAST DONT WALK.

I ordered through Uber eats and got the crab Rangoons and orange chicken. The chicken was the color orange but tasted like nothing. It wasn't fried either so if you are looking for traditional American style orange chicken that is not it. The crab Rangoons were just cream cheese and weren't fried either they tasted like they were cooked in an air fryer. I won't be ordering again.
