Conex Coffee Company

Conex coffee is one of the best things to happen to this island. The prices are really reasonable (UTMB student discount) for the amount of coffee that you are served. The menu is quite extensive, so there is an option for any type of coffee drinker. I have tried their cold brew, regular drip, lattes, and americano in both hold and cold versions, and every single drink has hit the spot. The coffee here tastes amazing! On top of that, the ambiance is wonderful. The space is large with lots of seating upstairs and downstairs. My only complaint would be that there are not nearly enough outlets for the amount of students and individuals who come here to work, but that hardly detracts from how wonderful it is. I love the rustic charm and the ample amount of natural light. Parking is not always the greatest here, but luckily there is free parking about a block down. Lastly, there are not enough words to explain how wonderful the service is. My favorite barista is Bri! She is friendly, helpful, kind, funny, and the reason I keep coming back.

Bees Knees and a Macadamia nut HOT nitro cold brew! Chefs kiss! He let us sample the hot nitro cold brew and oh my goodness! I could drink if black! Amazing coffee, integrity and a beautifully curated large space!

Definitely have to try out this new cafe on the island. First, I spoke with who I believe is the owner and he was very polite with exceptional customer service. Bravo. The place was such a cute chic place to get some work done with a nice vanilla scone and chamomile tea. It was the perfect place to be on a rainy day. I look forward to frequenting often, especially once the place is more established.

When I heard that Connex Coffee Co had just opened up, I was really excited to try it! So glad I stopped by. The girls working were very friendly and they do offer a UTMB student discount so that's always nice. I ordered an iced turtle latte and blueberry muffin. The flavor of the espresso was smooth and overall my latte was good! The muffin was the real star of the show here, I LOVED it. Ambiance was also very nice, plenty of natural lighting and nice rustic theme going on at this coffee shop. Good WiFi, lots of seating, and plenty of outlets. I will definitely be back!

Very sweet and friendly service. We got the peppermint patty and the bees knees. It was flavored perfectly. Nothing was overly sweet. Just tasted like coffee and the flavoring added. Perfect. The cherry danish was amazing! Not dry at all. And the coffee cake was just perfectly soft and fresh. Very creative pastries and kolaches! Will be back again soon.

I enjoyed this coffee at orientation this week. It was so good! I had 3 cups I am glad google exists. I was able to find the website so we can buy it for our residential coffee making needs.

Really good coffee, nice space, owner was a really nice guy as well. Took a bag of beans home and am enjoying a cup of coffee while writing this. Will be back next time I am in Galveston.

High-quality and innovative Coffee and Delecious Kolaches!I never knew that hot nitro existed till Conex! Beautiful Local shop that has 3 taps ( hot nitro, cold nitro ( traditional ), and cold brew. They have several different brews and also have the usual coffee shop offerings.All the baked items are delivered in the morning from Chef Mary Bass at Good Dough. From the way the staff talked about it, it's a well known local person. When I bit into my kolache, I Knew Why!The Barista-Manager ( also a Stitch fan ) is delightful, friendly, and informative ( we're both coffee geeks! ). High ceilings, plenty of room, immaculate Restrooms, and light create a wonderful experience!

Stopped by to do some work on a weekday afternoon and had a lovely experience. The baristas were extremely welcoming, and the shop is spacious with varied seating options and lots of natural light. There's also a variet of sugars and creams to choose from, and there's paid street parking right outside. The space was clean, including the bathrooms. The music wasn't too loud too

The coffee is delicious and the staff are great. Perfect after a busy cruise weekend.
