Vegetarian approved options!! Brought my vegetarian parents here and they loved the cauliflower tacos and asked for a veggie quesadilla ( not on the menu ). Definitely on the pricier side so I would recommend going for happy hour. The plates during happy hour are well priced and the drinks are yummy!

Love the happy hour here! Great drinks for good prices. The chicharrones are a must try. They serve coffee and pastries in the morning, also pretty good. However, I'm disappointed that they replaced breakfast tacos for a sandwiches that are just okay.

Went for happy hour with a friend and got the food was very fresh, flavorful, and fulfilling!!Flautas: My favorite. The ingredients are simple but so perfect - soft and flavorful potato rolls basically!Empanadas: My friend's favorite, they have a heat them and the brown sauce they gave with it gives it a flavorful spicy kick (low-mid I would consider).Ensalada Cesar: We needed a fresh green to balance out the heavy starch of our other food and this was perfect! Atmosphere: Well spaced, lit, and normal level noises. Staff were friendly and attentive!

***This review is for Condesa's Happy Hour***Fellow Yelp Elites Katie K., Amy L. and I met up at Condesa one Tuesday to take advantage of the Happy Hour deals and $6 Taco Tuesday specials. The three of us ordered food and drinks from the Happy Hour menu and shared everything from flautas, chicken wings, and chips and guacamole. We also ordered 2 orders of the carnitas tacos, 2 orders of the fried fish tacos, and 2 orders of the barbacoa tacos. At $6 per taco, these tacos are discounted by $0.50 to $2.50 from the regular dinner menu and are stuffed. 2 tacos are more than enough to make you full. Stack them with a few Happy Hour items, and you've got more than a substantial dinner. I've enjoyed most of the items from the Happy Hour menu, and the portions are very generous. Everything we had was delicious. Great taste, value, and atmosphere. Condesa is definitely one of my favorite spots in the city for Happy Hour.

Food is great, but service is atrocious. We had our waitress tell us we were being disruptive when we just got seated and a few of our party members felt very offended by our server's comments. We were labeled as loud and rude within 2 minutes of getting seated, and we also got charged for double than what we ordered. They quickly labeled us as incoherent based on our phenotype and attempted to take advantage of us until we validated our final bill and confirmed our bill to be half of what they decided to charge. I would not recommend anyone to go here because they have a tendency of taking advantage of their clients, and this is similar to what I've heard from other guests as well.

Seriously one of my favorite places in Philly! The food and drinks are amazing, the ambiance is great, and the staff are so friendly! Come for a date night, fun lunch, drinks, girls night, when your parents are in town, or a big group of friends - it's seriously perfect for any and all occasions! The steak platter is a MUST, but their rooftop tacos are great too!

Wow! As a Californian for 30+ years I've had thousands of Mexican Dinners. This was absolutely the best. Guacamole with the mint and dill and cilantro was great. Molly, our server was very knowledgeable and recommended a few things that did not disappoint. Everyone participated in the service and we felt special. The place has a great open layout with a cool, hip vibe. They had a wedding on the top floor covered terrace but I only got to see the space from a distance when I took the elevator. There were some interesting drink options, with uniquely flavored margaritas. The tuna tartar tostadas were exceptional. They even had various salsas to try along with their freshly made in-house tortillas from imported Mexican Heirloom Corn! Very tasty. Mexican food in Philly? Ok. I recommend this place!

if you're looking for a great, affordable happy hour spot for mexican food highly recommend this place! super vibey with lots of seating. there's also a rooftop connected to this place but it's separate and a bit more pricey i heard. i rlllllyyyyy liked the tacos and guac. on tuesdays u can mix and match tacos (normally you have to get two of the same ones) and they are $6 each but r pretty big! i really liked the fish taco!!!! the guac. amazing. enough said. and the empanadas were okay, wish it came with more! haha but i understand it's for the happy hour price. for drinks me and my friend both tried the paloma. pretty average cocktail i liked it :) not too strong, just enough sweetness haha. our waitress was super attentive and nice, definitely coming back!

I went to the coffee shop they have downstairs at the MOTTO Ordered a horchata latte. And a ham and cheese empanada. Omg the empanada is so good. Flaky and there was salsa roja inside it when i took a bite. I definitely recommend! If i come back to PHILLY I'll go again. Perfect service.

Visiting the MOTTO was a delightful experience, from the welcoming ambiance to the quality of the food and drinks.The coffee shop downstairs served a horchata latte and a ham and cheese empanada that were particularly memorable for their flavor and craftsmanship.The empanada was notably flaky, filled with a tasty salsa roja that surprised with every bite.The service was efficient and courteous, making the entire visit seamless and pleasant.I left satisfied and would recommend stopping by if you're in the area.
