This is a place where you can come, order, sit down and chat very comfortably for a long time! The place is very ample and has plenty of tables, benches, and individual or large spaces to accommodate small or large parties! The staff is super friendly (young) , very helpful when it comes to decide what to order either from the baked goods , coffee selection, or from their food menu. I loved my latte and plain croissant, but what I liked the best was the comfortable ambiance of this restaurant!

Phenomenal service. The hostesses and waitresses were so friendly and helpful.I got the chef's scramble with multigrain toast and a health nut scone. I always love CB's pastries and breads. These did not disappoint. My iced cold brew was appropriately strong and flavorful. The only thing I was mildly disappointed about was the sausage with my meal -- it was quite dry and had little flavor. Overall the atmosphere, the service, and the flavors were on point.

Stopped in for a quick coffee and it was a fine experience. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here but it worked out in a pinch. Parking: It's in a shopping center so there was a lot of parking. That being said, I arrived pretty early and most of the other stores were closed but there was already a half full lot. I imagine there could be limited spaces available if you come during a busy time. Service: The service was fine. I'm assuming since it was earlier in the day everyone wasn't totally awake yet. I can't imagine things moving smoothly during a busier time of day Coffee/food: I had a soy latter with hazelnut. It was fine - average. For me it wasn't worth coming here for the coffee alone. The baked goods and sweets looked gorgeous but I didn't try one - I probably should have Design/space: The bathroom was a bit rough for what I would expect here. The toilets didn't really flush (I think one was clogged) and they were kind of dirty with some broken things. Overall the space was fine. There's tables and seats at the bar. Definitely plenty of indoor seating. There's also a cute outdoor area but it's way to hot to be out there. Also the tables out there were never bussed so trash was just sitting out there

Really enjoyed my visit to this little coffee shop! I got an iced vanilla latte and a brown butter chocolate chip cookie. The latte was great--the perfect balance of sweet, creamy, and bitter. It didn't taste fake like some vanilla lattes do. The cookie was amazing! It was huge and on the thinner side, so more of a crispy cookie but it had a huge depth of flavor. The staff was friendly and fast and the shop itself was comfortable and clean.

I went here with my sister for coffee on a Sunday morning. This location is more of a to go location; they have a drive through, a few tables inside, and a few tables on a covered patio outside. It's really cute but pretty small.My sister and I each got iced lattes with different flavors, a vanilla scone, and a chocolate croissant. They asked if we wanted our parties warmed up and we said yes, but they still weren't that warm. The chocolate in the croissant wasn't even warmed, just the outside so it was kind of like biting into a (soft) stick of chocolate. It still had good flavor though.I got a bag of challah rolls to go and have been using them for sandwiches for lunch this past week and they are really good! Not the best challah I've ever had but pretty solid.I don't live in Houston but my sister does so when I visit, I like to try new spots but I'd be down to come back here or one of the other common bond locations!

I've heard all about the hype and I'm finally glad I got to try it! Now I'm itching to go back. I decided to treat myself after getting some errands done. I went in on a Friday morning. Parking was plentiful. Outdoor and indoor searing. It was my first time here, so the worker recommended the blueberry muffins that just came out of the oven, so of course I went with her rec. Who can say no to a freshly baked pastry??? I also got a latte! I didn't dine in, but I'm looking forward to doing that next time. I'm no coffee connoisseur, but their coffee was great. Blueberry muffin though? HEAVENLY. I'm so glad I took the worker's rec because I'm actually still thinking about that muffin as I write this review. I told myself I'd only have half, but I ended up devouring the entire thing! All in all, super cute coffee shop with even better pastries. I'm looking forward to trying their other pastries!

I've been to another location and was not disappointed then and not disappointed here. The staff is always friendly and helpfulThe pastries are so good. The cookie oh the cookie. This has got to have brown butter in that chocolate cookie. It is perfectly sweet and crispy. The taste is so delicious. To drink, I had the Chai latte which was just ok. It was not hot enough and the flavor just kind of missed that jolt of vanilla.

I feel like I've entered another slice of corporate America. Not of fan of the croissants, coffee is ok. They've spread throughout H-Town like some sort of invasive weed. If you're in need of a fix, too far from Magnol or a Minuti, this is your go to place. Bitty & Beau's is better. So are Boomtown, Giant Leap, West End Church, etc.... This looks like a modern day equivalent of La Madelaine (may it completely go out of business soon). Ok, ok... at least it's better than French Riveria on Chimney Rock!
