"Really cute place on Main Street in downtown Littleton. We park at the light rail station for free and head over to Main Street. They have a happy hour (maybe 3-5pm). We started with a mezcalita, traditional flavor, but they have so many flavors to try! We also tried enchiladas and a burrito. The menu looks great. No doubt that we will come here again. The staff is so nice and helpful. The food and drinks were excellent; and it is a cozy place with exposed red brick and nice decor. Restrooms are just for 1, but very clean. We will add this to our list of spots in downtown Littleton"

Deep fat fried chicken tacos served with cabbage, salsa and fresh tomatoes. All very good. Next time I will try the regular ones. They have a covered seating area which is nice in warmer weather. Food is prepared freshly so expect to wait a little if it is crowded."

"Wow!!! This place is amazing! Such a fun and great atmosphere to be with friends over amazing food and drinks. There aren't many places that are great in these areas that are also well-lit. Anyway, I love their Birria tacos. I've tried other kinds like pastor, carne asada, shrimp and fish and they are all good. My brother found the shrimp taco to be a bit on the salty side but other than that everything is spot on. I don't drink so I was happy to discover they can make almost any drink without alcohol for a much lower price . Their guacamole is good and I love the variety of salsas they have as well. You can find them with different levels of spice so there's something for everyone! Service is awesome too. Overall, definitely worth a visit. It's a bit on the pricier side for tacos but worth it."

This was the first PUPUSERIA we had seen in a year (since our move from CA to CO) I entered and the smells were wonderful. I knew what I wanted. And made our order. The food is fresh, I loved watching her prepare our food. $25 for allCame home and surprised my Salvadoran daughter!! She immediately opened and prepared the 'salad' and sauce to her pupusa. My four year old grandson enjoyed his. He said; 'I like pupusa's', and we already knew he would love horchata. We will be back. I cannot wait to try the Salvadoran Tamales. I recommend ignoring all the "taco burger" hype and just getting the OG Burger -- it's the best.During and immediately after the COVID pandemic it was only possible to eat here if you went through the drive thru. You could either drive home with your burger and fries and hope it doesn't get soggy, or eat in the megachurch parking lot next door. Management now insists that it's possible to order from the counter and eat at the restaurant, but I have yet to see anyone do so."

"One of the best tacos I've had in Colorado. I was leaving the parking lot of an aging strip mall dominated by an ARC Thrift Store. I had just finished lunch at Bang Bang Asian Cuisine but saw this taco truck by the road. Intrigued I decided to drive by and take a look. Turns out they recently won top taco and salsa awards. Dang...just had lunch and I'm full. What to do...what to do. A good taco is my kryptonite and Taco won. I asked the owner what's his go to taco and he suggested the El Norteno...a Texas style sliced brisket taco with jalapeño salsa. I ordered just one...after all this is my second lunch and I dont want too much. The taco is massive. More like an open burrito with a 1/4 pound slice of brisket. The brisket was tender, Smokey but not over powered by it, and flavorful. Actually top notch brisket. The taco came dressed with cheese, beans and freshly sliced avocados. The jalapeño salsa was on the side...which I prefer. The taco doesn't get overly wet and travels better. The salsa itself is fantastic. It has a bit of heat and is nicely balanced with an herbal tone from the fresh jalapeños and cilantro. The olive oil is emulsified has a creamy texture on the palate rather than being wet. A rather chef-y touch. That salsa adds brightness and punch to a very meat forward taco. My only complaint is that I truly would have been transported to Taco nirvana if I had an ice cold beer with the taco!The gent who was manning the taco truck is one of the two owners. Super nice dude who likes to chat about his love for serving up some of the best tacos and salsa around. He's the mad genius behind the salsa and more "traditional" tacos. His business partner is the master of smoke."

And the Baja shrimp is fire too!!Everyone here is polite happy smiling, helpful and remarkably chill for a place you don't have to tip. I tip anyway here but I'm curious if all the staff split those tips or are they only for the person at the register? Anyway- outdoor seating and several 75" (ish) screens and the bathrooms are almost always 3.5/5 stars which is remarkable for the traffic that comes thru all day. I've never seen the dining area short of people; just tables and chairs! Oh yeah- the QUESO here is fire!! Even if you're not a chorizo fan, it's so good. I use left overs on taquitos cuz I'm a fat ass. And they have the thin delicious and salty corn chips. lol. Pro tip- if you're not sure if you can eat 2 or more tacos, just order them one at a time. Trust me. Only complaint is the death trap parking and navigating to get there from 21. I'm now a regular"

I ordered a Carne Asada Chimichanga with a side of rice & beans (on the same plate) & I ordered my husband enchiladas (one ground beef, one chicken & one cheese with extra red chile sauce) with rice/beans. I also decided to try their fountain soda, which I noticed was Real Sugar Soda Colorado. The gentleman who took my order was very polite & I felt as though my food came up quickly. The smell during my 5 minute drive home was incredible & at this point I was excited to dig in!!! I was super impressed by the overall flavor. I felt as though it tasted like quality ingredients were used, it was a portion so large I ate the other 1/2 for lunch the next day & I love that it was topped with sour cream & guacamole without my asking. My husband was also very pleased by the enchiladas & our dinner consisted of very little talking!! I'm thankful that Julian's opened here in the Springs. It's a great carry out restaurant, probably a really awesome quick lunch stop. I also appreciated the offerings of salsa & small containers to take that to go also. Lastly, having a fantastic CO brand soda on fountain was great!! We will definitely be back anytime we're looking for a tasty quick meal to go!!! Highly recommended!!"
