Collina's Italian Cafe

The pizza here was delicious and came out sizzling hot. They have the basic condiments on the table for your meals. It's a cozy restaurant and will be a perfect place to take the family out for an Italian dinner. Service was kind of lacking, no one checked up on me. When you asked a question about something the staff wasn't to eager to give you an answer. Still willing to go back and try other dishes.

This is a small, neighborhood joint has great pizza, that's for sure. It's easy, informal, and people seem to feel comfortable eating here with family and friends. It's BYOB and they have a great outside deck. The miss: the restroom. See photos: this doesn't work. It's just a major issue and they need to do something to have the bathrooms not take away from an otherwise great dining experience.

As always the food is good. This time I had the tortellini and my husband had the lasagna.

I've been a loyal customer at Colinas for years, enjoying their food and service, but my recent visit was a stark departure from the usual quality. The entrees were inedible, and I even witnessed the fried calamari being taken out of the microwave. Our waitress was noticeably aloof and hardly communicated with us.Despite this, the manager's response was commendable. He apologized sincerely and comped our entrees and drinks. While his actions were appreciated, they couldn't make up for the overall decline in quality.Colinas has been one of my favorite restaurants, and it pains me to say that I can't recommend it at this time. Until the food and service return to their previous standards, I would advise others to seek alternatives.

Need huge sign stating BYOB before you walk in. Atmosphere so much better than the Katy and Richmond locations. Tables still crappy with not much decor but just has a better feel. The waiters must all have COVID masked-up. Funny. Calamari was served hot a fresh. Wish they had the special pizza with Shrimp.

Love Collina's! It it my go-to pizza pick up spot in Houston! My only negatives revolve around the customer service. Every time we call or pick up it is not the friendliest and a little blunt. However, I haven't ran into any problems besides this. I do wish Collina's had a rewards or coupon program! I have only ever been for pizza so cannot comment on the rest of the menu - but highly recommend the Margherita or Greca Pizzas.

Been going to Collina's over 20 years and loved it.I recommend the Italian panini and house salad.

The pizza is absolutely delicious, great crust. And you can get a giant one with like 20 slices! I really liked the Z-special and the Margherita. Also try the lemonade, fresh and delicious!

This place off 19th street has always had good service & great food. Not any or at least for me. If you are party of 1 service could be poor it was for me tonight. Food too, Last time I ordered portobello mushroom it was partly cooked maybe "off night". Ordered it again tonight, same thing but worst super dry bed of spinach Partly sautéed rest was dry edges No flavour ... none. Disappointment. Bread & Salad was good. Services was nice when he remember I was there not too many people so don't understand still tipped 15 %. Didn't even box my food.

I've been dining at Collina's for about 15 years now, and every time I start with Focaccia. It's always fresh and always so good, never mind the extra carbs. I didn't capture a picture because we had eaten it all by the time I remembered, haha. Everything thing is delicious, but my favorite is the Z Special, no mushrooms and no olives! And don't be afraid to double stack your pizza!
