I have been twice and I enjoyed both times. BYOB is great. I love their tortellini and pizza parking isn't an issue!

My family and I have been coming to Collina's for years. Typically we go to the location in the the Heights and have no complaints about that restaurant. However, this restaurant pales in comparison to the other ones. I ordered the Linguini Primevera and sadly the food was not good. The service was good up until we tried to send the pasta back. The dish was entirely flavorless. It was like I was eating a $14 plate of water. Which was surprising due to the amount of vegetables and sauce on it, but everything was flavorless. The other dishes my family ordered was delicious. When we asked to send the linguini back, our server suddenly turned cold on us. The manager didn't even come to ask why we wanted to send it back. The entire staff lost their hospitality skills the second we didn't like the 1 dish out of the 7 we ordered. I think disappointed is too light of a word for our experience here.

Cross this place off your list. A friend and I went to this restaurant on March 4 and arrived about 730. The restaurant sign said it closed at nine. About 815 the staff began mopping the floor and put all the chairs on top of the tables except for the table we were sitting at. They said they decided to close early and gave us the check when we were not even half way finished eating. We complained to the manager. She said it was our fault for arriving at 730. Can you believe that jerk? We will never go back again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently visited Collina's and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I ordered the strawberry cake, but was shocked to find that it had mold on it. Not only was the mold disgusting, but it also made me question the quality and cleanliness of the other dishes I had ordered. While the staff were very nice, I cannot recommend this restaurant due to my experience with the moldy cake. As a customer, I expect to receive food that is safe and of high quality, and unfortunately this was not the case during my visit. I hope the restaurant takes the necessary steps to improve their food safety practices to ensure that this does not happen to other customers in the future."

Service; Ian was great and attended extremely well.Food; the bread was good, the stuffed artichoke had great flavors, but was hot in some portions (top) and cold on the bottom. Chicken piccata is what we came for, as it was highlighted, however; extremely disappointed with very dry chicken smothered in a brown piccata sauce and tons of capers and mushrooms, to be somewhat boiled at an attempt at being moist. Overall disappointed with the food.Ambiance - a lot of in and out traffic as it seems that this is a high-traffic pizza place; observing other meals that came out piping hot and looked good; Calzone and Pizza. This is a red-checkerboard tablecloth Italian place.Ian was great!

Well priced and a good lunch. Service is nice but not exactly the quickest. Have been in on the busiest of days and the slowest of days and the food still takes long enough that you wonder if you've been forgotten. Food is good, I've only tried their pizzas (I've been a fan of the Z-Special and the Pollo Pizza) but their pastas look good as well. If you work near by its a good spot to stop in for lunch, but you'll probably be there for a while.Pollo Pizza is good but in my experience they are a little light on the chickenFoccacia Bread is amazing and a must get if you stop in.Z Special is also very good if you have a mature palate.

My partner and I stopped by the Richmond location on Saturday, August 29th around 3:30pm. We were treated very poorly. We walked in, there were only 3 tables, we were never greeted "which I didn't mind" there are something's I can over look. About 6 minutes passed the gentleman with glasses brought over the menus. We looked over the menus and quickly decided what we wanted. The gentleman mentioned earlier completely ignored us, and proceeded to assist others who came in after us. We decided to just leave, I went to ask for Paul and Lisa's contact (email) which they declined to give me. He also had the nerves to blame me for the issues stating I was supposed to get his attention when I was ready to order. I have beaver been blamed for not being able to spend my money. I am not sure if I will ever return, I didn't like that atmosphere at all.

Consistently good good food every time, like the BYOB and great deserts. Parking can be tight in at least 2 locations

We have visited Collina's Italian Cafe as a family many times over the years. Our family has core memories eating together around the little tables. The restaurant is easy to find but the parking lot gets full pretty quickly. It can be difficult to find a spot depending on the time of your visit. Thankfully, we always make a reservation and try to arrive early in case we have to circle around a few times. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Depending on how busy they are and how large your meal order is there can be a wait time. Our family enjoys the:- Garlic bread- Foccacia bread - Italian Chop Chop Salad ... similar to the Grinder salad- Mona Lisa A' La Lisa Pizza - Primarvera Pizza- Chicken Tettrazini- Rigatoni bolognese We will definitely be back. We hope that your visit is enjoyable.

The beer was cold. The mug was frosty. That was the only part that gets an A+. Also the fried calamari was delish. The pizza had almost no pizza sauce on it. WTF kinda pizza is this? I ordered something off the menu called "Cesar Salad." I used to work in hospitality. I make restaurant-grade Cesar Salad at home. I took one bite and realized that this was no Cesar Salad. I could not taste any garlic, anchovy or egg. In truth, I could not taste any spice whatsoever. Evidently the dressing was nothing more than some faux Parmesan cheese mixed with some olive oil. After one bite, I pushed it aside and told the waiter to take it back to the kitchen. When the bill came, I told the waiter to take off the Cesar Salad. "I can't do that," he said. Fine, I thought to myself, I'll just take it out of your tip. I left zero tip. Never ever going back.
