Cocina Latina Pupusa Buffet

This place is amazing! The pupusas are delicious, as all pupusas are, and so having them in buffet form is the best idea I've heard of in a long time. The place is very small and casual, and prices are good. The people who work there are nice and friendly. Knowing a little Spanish will help you to order, but if you don't speak Spanish and the person working there doesn't speak English, gesturing to the buffet will probably get your point across. If you are Salvadoran, you will not be disappointed in this place either. One evening, I had a last minute need to pick up food to feed 10 of my friends. About half of them were from El Salvador. I stopped by this place, and they got my huge order together in less than 15 minutes, including pupusas with cream and beans. Everyone thought the food was excellent. So there you go: Salvadoran-approved pupusas in buffet form. You can't go wrong!

This place is really weird I went in there to see if I could get an order to go which most but face would be happy to accommodate but this place does not even have a counter that you can make to go orders their menu is unreadable very incoherent menu and you have to go way in the back to even go to the buffet this is not a welcoming place. Oh well, I'll be looking for a Pupusa place that allows you to order individual plates . Menu also needs to be put in English for those of us who are not fluent in Spanish. This would increase business.

Pupusas were tasty but location was unclean when I visited in Aug/Sep 2017. I prefer the location on Bellaire.

Pupusas and pricing is great. Love that it's a buffet. I'd drive all the way out there again for more.

The pupusa's are DELICIOUS! FRESH AND HOT! No seriously I tried to sneak a bite while driving and almost burnt my tongue. I am a regular, I always get the chicken/pollo. Muy muy bein!!! The customer service is awesome. I speak English and Spanish, so I often order in either or, the service over the phone is always great. The reason I mention this is because they are really sweet people, and accepting of all people. The ambiance is homey, nothing too fancy. I haven't sat inside for the buffet style dining. So I can't speak to much on that. 9/10 would definitely recommend!

Super sweet people who have a passion for serving food! I 100% recommend coming here if you're cultured and can put aside the need for gentrification. The reviews mentioning "uncleanliness" are biased--the location is small and humble. The pupusas were delicious and the buffet option is genius. I wish this small business the very best!

Awesome place, if you are not a person of culture please do not come here and disrespect. This place is clean, and the employees were the sweetest people. Love my culture

D-licious PUPUSAS!!! My wife and I ended up going 3 days in a row. Our favorite is the revueltas (mix) with chicharron, cheese, and beans. They are pretty good in size too so they are very filling and totally worth the price. They also have caldo de pollo included in the buffet which is amazingly flavorful and warm. Great for this winter cold,Brrr. Oh! Dont forget the horchata! Which is ALSO included (wow i know) Paid $17 for 2 buffets. Overall great food. I already cant wait to go back
