We went to the Alanis Morrisette Triple Moon Tour featuring Morgan Wade and Joan Jett. The route we took into the venue was residential. Cops were there to direct traffic. We paid for Premier parking and boy was it worth it! We parked right in front of the gate. We didn't realize getting there earlier would allow us to tailgate. Premier parking at this venue made a heck of a difference, because we could see the long walk people made from General Parking. Exiting the venue was not bad from the parking lot we were in. Took us about 15 mins. Please pay attention to their bag policy. They will allow larger clear bags, but they will only accept small clutch purses. They measure them and do not budge. Luckily I parked 20 feet away and was able to ditch my bag that was half an inch too big. The venue has food options from food trucks to vendors. I spotted some food throughout and it looked pretty good. There are a ton of bars and drink options. Merchandise can be bought on both sides of the venue. Of course the prices are steep. Drinks ranged from $6-25 from what we could see. Of course there are long lines for the ladies rooms, but the lines move pretty fast. The chairs are pretty comfortable, but make a note that there are several places that have obstructed views and if you sit in the middle of an aisle...it is a bit taxing to get out if. Thankfully they have large screens to see the artist. The sound was great. The crowd was a vibe. Lawn seating seemed to be packed. There were people sitting on the concrete aisles. It was about 85 degrees/cloudy and the fans and mist throughout helped make it tolerable. I'll definitely be back.

I am sitting here in the VIP section and have moved to 2 different sections in an attempt to order food. I am told by one server it will take at least a half order and not a good idea. Second server says several folks have waited and canceled orders and that maybe I should order drinks and not food. Be clear I paid an extra $100 on top of the ticket price to have what I thought would be an elevated experience. Outside of VIP the lines are insanely long and my frustration is through the roof as the first artist finishes his set and I'm sitting here waiting on my drink order. How they manage to get away with this is beyond me. I've asked to speak with a manager twice and apparently I will sit here with no food or drink if I'm desperate enough to wait as she is busy handling issues in the back. Raleigh we gotta do better...I suppose my Uber driver will have to make a stop through the Cook Out drive through on the way home as this VIP experience is only serving frustration and poor service.

My complaint is with the Uber/Lyft pickup area post concert. Lots of sketchy people hanging about and offering rides. Did not feel safe as a woman waiting for my Lyft driver to arrive. Plus, the waiting area is off to the side and very dimly lit. I seriously felt like I was transported to a third world country with people coming up and asking if we wanted a ride for cheaper and trying to convince us not to wait for our Lyft driver because they would "take too long". Felt very unsafe and like something from a movie like Taken. Note to self, NEVER take Lyft or Uber to this venue.

Really blown away by the ride employees and the expensive beer! A can of beer should not be $19. That's just ridiculous. There's other places to see shows. It's my last time here!

Well-staffed, friendly employees, good food, and great show! I was expecting it to be a nightmare, especially coming and going, but both were surprisingly smooth. I was glad we got the early access parking!

The parking situation for a popular artist means literally 45 minutes of stop and go traffic. The folks in lawn area will talk the ENTIRE concert. But LiveNation employee Kaytlin is a gem. She helped me out with getting where I wanted to be, and as a disabled concertgoer, that is the real win. Also, Hozier was no joke. Incredible performer.

Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek exceeded all my expectations! The recent concert experience was simply unforgettable, thanks to the incredible lineup. Lauren Alaina, the opener, set the stage on fire with her energetic and engaging performance, getting the crowd pumped up for the main event. And what can I say about Pentatonix, the closer? Their harmonies were nothing short of magical, and the energy they brought to the stage was infectious. They truly know how to put on a show that leaves you wanting more. But it wasn't just the performers that made the night exceptional. The service provided by the crew was outstanding. From the moment I entered the venue, the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Their organization and attention to detail were apparent throughout the event, making everything run seamlessly. Kudos to the crew for their hard work and dedication to creating an unforgettable concert experience. Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek is undoubtedly a top-notch venue where great music and exceptional service come together for an unforgettable night.

Paid to see Breaking Benjamin and Stained with "special guest" Chris Daughtry. The price I paid and could not see a thing. When everyone stands (which is expected) it makes it impossible to see the stage let alone the big screens. Tried to move to a covert location still within my area to see the show I paid for almost 6 months in advance to see and was told even though I was out of the way and not displacing anyone from their seats I had to go back to mine. Area where the seating is, is not on much of a slope to make up for height differences and stage is not risen much to allow for those in the back. We were within the area that stated we should have had a "clear view" (Section 5, Row Y). Even though they have the big screens (IF you can see them) it gives the impression that even though you paid for a show they do not care if you see it or not. I rarely get to do these types of things and was so excited only to have my experience be void. I will not attend anything at this venue in the future.
