Cloud Hookah Lounge & Grill

Came here after drinking at Sky Peak the other day and I am going to say I was thoroughly impressed. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and we took it upon ourselves to sit anywhere we wanted as long as it wasn't reserved. We had coffee and tea while we smoked hookah. Everyone was friendly and polite and it felt casual and upscale all at the same time. They had a very chill vibe and the room was nice and dim. Plenty of people out celebrating in this cute lounge. Their fried rice was pretty good, and they make a strong cup of coffee. I was glad to find this place as the lounge we were initially going to was very rude and we left. Bad customer service is always a warning sign. We will definitely be back!!

Well this review is mainly for the Richmond location same owners. Definitely the best place to go for Hookah and food. They have Al Fakhir, Fumari, Adalya, Starbuzz and so many mor brands to choose from. Jasmine the server is super courteous and attentive. Well priced drinks. Decent music if you don't like the main room there a smaller glass cage room for quieter setting or to connect to the JBL Bluetooth speakers which sound amazing. Live sports are on at all times baseball basketball cricket football soccer. And the food is amazing especially if you like Pakistani desi food. And chai is amongst the best in all of Houston. Def check this place out no regrets here weekdays happy hour 2-530 check it out.

Nice to see a nice hookah lounge right in the heart of Richmond. Apparently this is where the young south asians hang out at during the weekends. Hookah is well priced and delicious. Great for puff puff passing. Finger foods are there for your ordering. I wish it had more of a lounge feel instead of a club feel because as the night progressed, the volume of Indian dance music got louder and louder. My buddy and I were there to enjoy the lounge feel but had to get closer and closer to hear each other. Kind of annoying, but not too far fetched. Will come back to scratch the hookah itch.

Chill vibes, byob, and a lot of tvs. Perfect for watching games. And they have good food too!

The music is what brought me here! Driving through the parking lot outside and stumbled upon this hidden gem. They have inexpensive hookah and drink mixes to go with whatever bottle you bring. I have not tried the food but they have a variety of options, and the staff is always friendly.

The staff was friendly. Atmosphere is relaxed. Music is on point. They have several different brands and flavors for hookah. Reasonably priced. Pineapple head was only $25 We only had fries. They were hot, fresh, and seasoned. I will def come back and try more food

I actually really appreciate this location, alot more infact in comparison to their Richmond West Airport location. BYOB, ($15 charge I believe). when they are consistent with the R&B and rap its always a vibe. Yet not too loud where u cant hear yourself THINK and can hold conversation. Good hookah! The coals could come a little faster but its not too much of a bother. Food is cool if you are in DIRE need of a meal/snack. Service pretty average. Overall this place is a 7.9/10 for me. Their richmond location 5/10 (crowded, loud, sucky service)

Best hookah lounge on this side of town! Friendly on the pockets and a great chill place for lowkey Vibez! They will even let you play your own music! 10/10 highly recommend
