CK Liquor

Highly overpriced on an item I buy regularly at other stores. Don't know where the other fair price ratings come from.

Nice little family owned store, fair prices, and great customer service. Bob and Mickey are super nice guys, always ready to help out. They have tastings every Friday and Saturday. Unsuspecting meyerland gem.

CK liquor used to be a great neighborhood establishment under the new ownership. It has gone way downhill and after today I will never go back. I went in there to buy a product. It had a price tag on the product and when it was rung up it was rung up over the amount that was listed on the product When I brought it up, not only would the sales representative not want to refund me the money I was then told that they wouldn't even refund the product and I was told that it was up to me to make sure before I pay that they didn't ring it up wrong.

Owned by Louis CK, who uses his own products to get drunk all the time.So it's a pretty good liquor shop with much cheaper prices than a lot of the liquor stores around here.They have a good selection for such a tiny shop, and actually seemed pretty decently friendly.

If you don't know you pin for your card, they will not take it as credit "store policy". My name is on the card & offered my ID to show proof. Still no.

Nick, the owner, is great and very customer service focused. They have a very solid selection considering the stores size and will special order if you want something they don't have. Very knowledgeable and can help suggest items based on what you're in the mood for. Been shopping here for a long time and will continue to. Sure, TWM might beat them on prices for some items but that's the buying power of mega corporations vs giving my money to a friendly and local family.

The owners have been in business here since 1990 and have great selection and inventory for a small store. Very friendly and helpful if you need it. I haven't compared prices but for a locally family owned convenient and pleasant shopping experience- they are the best. For those complaining about prices, if you want cheap you get what you pay for, so perhaps drink less and you will be ok?

This place makes it difficult to support local business in my area. I understand that bigger stores can buy in bulk for cheaper then pass the savings on to the customers. But CK Liquor has taken the last of my money. Went there today and found a new style of Makers Mark and they had it priced at $69.99. Found the same bottle at Total Wine for $33.49. I can understand a 10% mark up for convenience and being a smaller store. But double the price is ridiculous. Lucky for them Yelp doesn't have negative stars. Enjoy the last of my money ck.

Just got home from here. Bought a handle of Tito's on sale for 31 dollars at a sale table. Got home and the seal had obviously been broken. Immediately smelled the liquor and it smelled like Taaka or some other cheap stuff. Harsh smell. Ridiculous. Wish I could give less than a one star.

Great little liquor store in Bellaire with great prices. The store is family owned and operated and has exceptional customer service. If they don't have what you are looking for they will order it. Will definitely be back. Be sure to ask for Mickey!
