Great service, very knowledgeable. Pretty good selection overall. I'm always looking for that unicorn cigar that I didn't find lol Products here are comparable to other lounges. I will be back nice comfortable chairs good vibe to the place.

I have driven past this place multiple times, my friends have told me about it and I just recently had an opportunity to visit after having lunch at Houston's Bar-B-Q next door, which I do recommend. The lady, I think her name is Pat is super nice! The place has a nice humidor that provides you with a great selection of sticks. They are practicing social distancing and sanitizing things as needed. I had one of their brand sticks and I enjoyed it. I prefer a mild to mid smoke and this was right on point. This is a good spot to have a stick and relax. I recommend and will make it as part of my cigar spots.

I needed to pick up some cigars for the New Year for myself and some friends. I don't smoke cigars regularly or buy them often so I required a lot of assistance on determining what I wanted.Their customer service is amazing! So appreciative of the time they took out during a busy afternoon to show me their selection and help me decide.

Nice neighborhood hang out. Cool atmosphere comfortable leather chairs couple TVs for watching the game. Friendly helpful staff. Great selection of cigars they even have the Hemingway so I'm a fan already. Couple games available plenty of reading material. I believe I have found my new Sunday hangout.

Cheryl and Daniel are wonderful and this is one of the best cigar shops anywhere. They are very welcoming and have a great selection. The prices are correct and they don't take advantage of the customer with pricing. They walk each customer into the humidor and make suggestions. They truly run their business, not just a cash register. If you are going to enjoy your cigar there they offer you a complementary soft drink and make sure that the area you are sitting is comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Many Davidoff lounges I've been to can't match the customer service I have received here. The everyday customer crowd is docile and I've never ran into anyone unpleasant. The humidor is vast and meticulously cared for. There are bigger places in Houston, but you'll be hard pressed to find better. Cigar Towne is always worth a visit.

I knew this place was here as I've had lunch at the surrounding restaurants and I've had coworkers tell me they like going to this cigar shop. But when I walked in today for the first time I was taken back. It felt like the ultimate guys hangout spot. There a few guys relaxing in the leather chairs, smoking and watching tv. One looked like he was working remote as he had a laptop in front of him. I'm a causal cigar smoker but I instantly wanted to jump in a chair and pick one out. This was a short visit as it wasn't planned and I had to get back to the office. To be honest the only reason I walked in was because my coworker wanted to check if they had something in stock. We were greeted as we walked in. Asked if we needed help finding anything while we were browsing and was told to let them know if we had any questions. Then we were left alone but in a good way. No one was hovering over us, or trying to push us to buy certain ones. I could have spent some serious time and money in here as there was so many options. They also seemed to have something for everyone. From mild to strong and price points from high to low. I'm looking forward to coming back and actually hanging out and relaxing.

Have been shopping here since 2012. Excellent selection and customer service! I drive out of my way to come here for my cigar needs.

I've been to a few cigar stores in my day but never run into the level of service I encountered today. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Good prices and a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend this cigar store. Thanks Cheryl for all your help.

Cheryl and Daniel treat you like family. No matter your level of experience with cigars, they are very knowledgeable and ready to help. The lounge is relaxed with diverse clientele. Always a good conversation to be had, or a quiet place to enjoy a stick. A home away from home.
