The most unfriendly cigar lounge I have ever stepped foot. I walked in to purchase cigars and the guy working would not let me into the humidor without escorting me. He was assisting another customer and after they were done in the humidor I had to stand outside the humidor door and wait for him to continue to assist them. After waiting I just walked out and was. I frequent cigar lounges often and never experience such foolishness. He's rude & don't speak. Also, it's super small & very limited seating.

I never feel welcomed in this location. They are not hospitable to non members. They have a great selection to choose from but wouldn't be my regular location to sit and smoke.

Very nice selection of cigars. Newly opened. Very nice staff. I'll be back for sure. Kinda small but worth the stop in. Prices are very reasonable. Plenty parking space

Horrible customer experience from the manager. I love cigars but I wouldn't give this place $1

I go there all the time for my cigar needs, the employee at the front is very knowledgeable and happy to give recommendations. I recommend this place for cigar enthusiasts in the Pearland area.

I was escorted into the cigar room and asked various questions because I'm new to cigars, however I was given some good choices to pick from and didn't feel rushed or made to appear as the novice I am. Will definitely be back for more of the wide selection they have....

So I walk in expected to treated with welcoming arms, instead on 9/11/2020 417, the guy working there basically stated I could not walk around the shop without him escorting me. Another guy walks in, he states...oh he is a regular so " I trust him"... oh ok...so that means a new customer like myself is not trusted. Ok, I kindly thanked him for his assistance(or lack there ove) and exited the store. Dont go to this cigar shop, take the extra 5 min drive to Total Wine. At Total Wine, the guy took his time explaining the difference in cigars and even paired liquor to go with each. I spent 300 dollars at total wine...and had great service. I won't go back to that rude cigar bar!!!

Not sure what the hype is about. The other 4 reviews must be close with the owners; here's the REAL deal about this lounge:They're racist. Laughable? Don't believe me? Explain this: It's a brand new shopping center and the put burglar bars on the windows on the side. Who does that you ask? People who don't trust the environment around them. ALSO, if you are African American (and they DON'T know you) walk into their humidor and see what happens. You'll have someone breathing down your neck. It is well known that this family is racist. They put on a good show to earn sales of course, but in reality, they don't like blacks. I am black, and it has happened to me at their Missouri City location as well as, now, this Pearland location as well. Us brothers and sisters truly should stop supporting people like this. The "lounge" in the front is nothing but four dining room chairs. Honestly, it's not a lounge at all. The chairs are severely uncomfortable. The space, however, is nicely decorated and designed (wood paneling). The walk-in humidor is not impressive and does not have much of a selection. Their prices are higher than other stores in the area. Their VIP is not much of a VIP at all. Why anyone would pay $1000 a year to sit back in that tunnel they call a lounge is beyond me. It's narrow and cramped. The chairs, again, are not comfortable. Ventilation is just OK. I was at their grand opening and it was getting rough to breathe in there. The "advantages" to being a member are not impressive: box discounts that don't match a competing store, 24 hour access (who needs that in the burbs?) and a locker. I can see some use for the 24 hour side of it but is it worth $1000 a year? Not IMHO.To put it simply: it's another store in an area where there's been a great little shop for over 10 years. Seems to me like they are piggy backing off what the other store built up. They created the market and CT is just trying to take away from them (I thought that was frowned upon in this business?). Selection not as good, prices definitely not as good, knowledge of product not anywhere close. Is it prettier than the other business down the street, yes, but I'll take comfort, price, selection and non-racist mentalities over "pretty" any day.
