Awful service. They took 20 mins to finally acknowledge us. & we had a TABLE!!!!!! Also their yelp shot promotion was acknowledged at all! So disappointing according to the server it was because of new management. -The ONE star is for the music, because there is no other place in the area that plays Hispanic music like this place does. The service still sucks ! BUT in Spring there isn't any competition so you are stuck with this AWFUL service -_- Must spend a minimum of $150 to have a table.

$10 cover charge, $150 alcohol minimum to reserve a table (seats 4) and $350 to have a section with bottle service. (Seating for up to 10 looks like) these all may be normal charges but I was a little off put by them. We ended up getting a table, and with 7 people a lot of us were standing around. The only "free" seating area was the bar. The $150 was cumulative over the whole time we were there, with all people combined and different tabs. It seemed pretty easy to get to, with most drinks $10-15. There were a decent amount of people dancing around 12 on Saturday night, and several places to dance with good Latin music. The service was good but not great, but I can't complain too much since it got really busy. It was fun and was a good night.

You better check your ticket before you signed it , , this people think you drunk and over charged you I was there sat , we have 9 drinks and they charged us that plus a bottle of crow , ticket went from 92.50 to almost 500 hundred Then they come to said it was a mistake , you right , I'm glad we found out before we left that place Is a place that I will never visit o recommend again Cero star

Love the dance lessons offered at no cost and drinks are good as well.,, definitely will be going back

They stole over $500 from us and nobody will call us back. I've called and asked for the proof of receipt and nobody will respond. I've opened a police report but until the managers are willing to do their job and provide receipts we can't do anything.

The tables are overpriced! $150 WTF. Other than that I had a blasttttt! I went with my girls, we all danced A LOT, drinks were good and our bartender was phenomenal!!!

Food was good music good drinks good entire little vibe it was pretty diverse in different Latin backgrounds

I've been living In the woodlands for 15 years , I decided to go to cielo and dance and they had a big fight last night , and the security guys approach me and they were thinking I was part of the people who start the fight , I had biting to do with that and they were really mean and crazy with me and my 2 other fiend they started to kick us out of the club with no reason , I would no recommend to come to this place because you can not trust the integrity of the security people , even other people told the security guy I was not Involved in that fight they stilly treating me like shit . I would recommend the owners to dig into this situation because I don't really appreciate the customer service and the way this security people handle this problem. They were really unprofessional, and I had the worst customer service I my life In 15 year living I.man the wooodlands . I feel bad e side I do remember one of the owners , he was the Dj in crush long time ago and I don't think his staff represent the quality of person he is . I

Yes open during COVID, masks not enforced, temperature not checked, dance at your risk, provide your own sanitizer, security yesLocated in the center of a spacious parking lot, this bar was easy to locate one minute from highway. I enjoyed this experience because not may people were there, perhaps 40 people at a time. While I was the only person wearing a mask and providing my personal hand sanitizer, I felt welcome and unashamed to do so. There was an easy access to the restroom. However, the ladies' push-in restroom door was my the sink. So be careful when washing hands to avoid getting whacked.Upstairs and downstairs, back room and hookah lounge sections provided ample space to enjoy.I attended because of Latin Dance Night, complimentary class and social, which is a dance party. Provided by R&I Dance studios They have a studio 5 minutes down the street and are great teachers. This is my 3rd occasion meeting with them. We were dancing Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, and cumbia. The person at the door and the person collecting money for so called entrance fee on Saturdays are very racist. they collected $10 each from myself, and my 2 friends but some people who entered didn't bother to collect money from them. Drinks are too expensive. We decided to leave the place but didn't refund us the money
