Inefficient. Waited in drive up line more than 30 minutes. It was like they were taking an order, filling it and then taking the next order. I ordered a Chicken Pot Pie to eat on my way home, and when I bit into it I got a tart surprise. It was a lemon fried pie! The chicken is always good; no complaints about food quality. They just need to get their act together.

i wish i could give 0 stars horrible horrible horrible disrespectful employees , as someone who suffers from social anxiety god these people during nightshift were so freaking rude "oh this girl is holding up my line" (i felt so rushed) i just wanted to make sure my order was right and they kept moaning and groaning about me ordering my meal i literally went around the drive thru twice because i felt bad thats not even the worst part ( as soon as i arrived home it was all wrong) i am a very nice person , extremely patient person and tried to give these employees a chance and was very hurt by the fact that i was treated this way. i work in customer service so i know how it goes but that does not give you the right to disrespect anyone ! my life is not the best but i do not disrespect anyone my mother never raised me that way i wish there were nicer people in the world i wish i could contact corporate or ceo of churches someone to hear me out i am so sad , i will not be returning.

Crap tea crap service. Tasted the tea from the half gallon it sucked and asked for something else but was told I opened it. Well yeah I opened it how could I taste without opening? Anyways can't recommend they have no customer service skills and food sucked!

This may possibly be the worst run Church's in existence. Never has the proper chicken you want, overcharge for items listed plainly on the menu and when you call them on it they get belligerent. Staff couldn't possibly be worse, do yourself a favor and find ANY other chicken place to satisfy your craving. This place needs a total restaff or just close.

Worst customer service ever. Staff is always rude and short. They close at random times. We got there 10 minutes before closing not knowing and asked what time they closed, The girl said 10 and we are like can we still order whatever you got, then she said We are closed! So I guess they now close at 9:50pm. They should change the Sign! And then we see all the Chicken just sitting there in the warmer! It was obvious they just wanted the chicken for themselves!! We will never be back to this location!
