Church's Chicken

This place was horrible! The service was trash! The employee at the window was trash and rude! And the food was undercooked. She also stated they don't sell what I paid for on the app, and my order was wrong. I tried calling, but nobody even answers the phone. They absolutely would've been given 0 stars, but that app makes you give at least one to post. Believe the reviews and just don't go here! They need to be shut down!

Food is terrible and the service is even worse! Stay away unless you want to waste your money!

tried calling to see if they accepted contactless payments such as apple pay. nobody answered. called FOUR TIMES. i'm not even finna waste my time driving there. tear this location down ASAP.

So my son and I decided to order churches through doordash and i cant blame them for just delivering the food. We was so disappointed and disgusted! 1st of all parts of the order was wrong and something i would never eat! My chicken literally had feather sticks sticking out that i didnt see and accidentally chewed and had to pull out my mouth, could have cut the inside of my mouth! my sons tenders was soggy and so was our fries and my fries was stuck to the paper with tons of chicken batter crumbs mixed in and i requested mash potatoes and got cold slaw instead and fried okra i didnt ask for as well not to mention the chicken sandwich i didnt ask for looked burnt with a drop of mayo (literally) with super flat bun as if someone sat on it! It looked like it sat there for hours! My son took a bite since he couldn't eat his tenders and spit it out! I dont think a prison would of even served this and My jalapeño poppers was a joke! And cold! WHO ON EARTH!? Is letting this food leave the building!! That was a disgrace!!! We literally had to throw it away and eat something else! If you dont like working there and or you dont take pride in what you sending out the door then don't work there! This is what people are putting in there bodies and no one wants to be sick! Never again!! At least not from this location!?

I went through the drive thru and service was pretty fast. I got the 2 piece special and jalapeños poppers. My food was very hot and fresh. I came inside since I forgot my ranch and the inside was super clean and holiday decorated.

This was my 2nd time visiting this location, and it is consistent on 3 things: 1. Abhorrent customer service - the gals here act like gangsters! I came here to give them a 2nd chance, hoping that the same atrocious gals (includes manager) were not there, but there they were. Last time, I was so appalled with their blatant rudeness that I vowed never to return, but I'm a fair patron. This time, I walked in and the cashier looked angry. I cheerfully said "hello" and smiled. She responded with a sigh, rolled her eyes, shifted her weight on the other leg, and just glared! I looked right back at the gal and said "NOPE", then turned and walked right back out. I will NEVER return here. How do these gals have no concern about losing their jobs?! Clearly the owner cares just as less! 2. Poor food quality - this is based purely on my previous visit, which was my first vist here. The food crust was dark and smelled like very old oil. The chicken was extremely overcooked and too dry to swallow down. The okra was fine. 3. Dirty establishment - last time, our table was not cleaned, having the previous customers food on it, and we could feel the greasy film on its surface. I had to use my hand sanitizer to clean it.

Save your money do not go to this chicken place. Been a customer at churches for 25 years and all that time I never got chicken that look like this. It's been going downhill for the last 2 years but this is ridiculous. The legs and thighs were all fried batter once you pull the batter off the legs had two bites the thighs had three. And what's with all the black stuff either they didn't bleed these chickens right or they diseased or they're from China who knows, but shame on churches for actually selling this crap out to the public. Where is your quality control!

Drove through the drive-thru at 7pm on a Sunday, employee tell me the business is closed. I website states that the restaurant is opened until 10pm. Get it together please.

Staff is not friendly and the place doesn't have any sanitary standards. They were in rush and rushed my fries so I got uncooked fries.
