Church's Chicken

I will get 2 stars only for the young black man that works there who is always so freaking nice and polite. He deserves 5 stars and a raise. However the young lady working the drive thru on 7/2 can kick rocks. I go to this place ALL the time and I already know it takes forever even when I see loads of chicken sitting under the heat. Have I ever complained no but tonight tonight she done ticked me off. Apparently they close 30 min early now, well their door says they close the inside not drive through. In all my years of working hospitality I didn't know you could close early to clean before the actual time of closing. Usually you close then clean. So let's by pass that after I asked okay so you closed the front and you arent taking orders someone else chimed in and said yes what's your order I ask for chicken strips conveniently they don't have any. I asked is this corporate or private owned her response "does it matter"and that's when you turned me into the petty Karen I have been forced to write this statement upon and get a case number filed through your corporation...I will be coming back I won't let her ruin my love for that half gallon or Minute Maid lemonade but I'll be darned if you want to work in customer service and cop an attitude to a loyal customer!

Waited 35 minutes for a 10 peace original chicken. At 4pm on a Thursday no rush only ones dining in. The worker was to busy talking to his mom I assume then working on my order. Once I received my chicken it was very bland and flavorless. Not how it used to be. Such a waist of money.

Have been to this location 3 times and was disappointed each time. 2 of the bad experiences were food related. Wrong order and room temp food on the first. Today same food temp. The non food related experience happened a few weeks back. Their signs say they close at 9 or 10. I got there about 45 mins before closing. The speaker was broken so I drove to the window only to given a signal by the worker that they were closed. Stay away from this location and go to the Grand Pkwy store. Food is better and service is 1000x better

I just ate that Church's Chicken for my first time ever. The only reason I am giving them two stars is because the cashier was friendly. The receipt says her name is Amber. But the food was so Bland I probably won't be back.

If it were possible to leave 0 stars, I would. The service is horrendous. I arrived at 8:40 and walked to the front doors to find that they were locked; keep in mind they close at 9. I drove around to the drive thru where when I asked why the doors were locked, I was told "because of the holiday we're just doing drive thru. We're not supposed to be open." THIS IS A SUNDAY LIKE ANY OTHER! The holiday, Memorial Day, is TOMORROW! Idiots strike again.

I am a big fan of this location because of its proximity to the park. Many moons ago, in general, Church's Chicken was bland grease balls. They blossomed as an organization because you could get that grease ball for so cheap. A typical 10 piece from them was around $4. Someone must have let them know that the only tasty item on the menu were their biscuits, and Church's responded properly. They introduced spicy chicken that were humongous pieces. People started to question how safe it was to eat chicken from them because no one had seen naturally big chickens like Church's was offering! Yet, with the Mr. Olympia pieces aside, the spicy chicken was flavorful & inexpensive, so people started eating this more than Popeyes! Well, once Church's got people addicted to the new chicken, they raised their prices to rival Popeyes.Church's does have a value menu with a nice variety from jalapeno bombers, to boneless wings in multiple flavors. You now can get a cheap meal, like back in the day, and leave full from here again. I want to give them a 4th star, but I know none of their items are healthy for you!

The smoke house chicken taste nothing like the day on the commercial. The chicken was dry and grease all over the box inside and out. The biscuit was grease from being inside the box with the chicken. Overall it was just disgusting.

This place frickin sucks.... got to the drive-thru and they told me sorry we don't have a cashier available so went inside turns out the manager and the cashier did not show up for work today so there's a brand new lady who is doing everything that she can and she's very kind so good for her and also one cook this place really really needs to re-evaluate their management great food horrible horrible Beyond horrible management and really needs some improvement

Hands down the best Church's chicken in town, mmmmm mmmm. Delicious fried apple pie and deep fried oreos, fresh made sweet tea, hot n crispy chicken, fried okra and jalepeno poppers are soo good. Love the coleslaw and fries, I love it all, they make it fresh when you order, always ask about the daily special too. Oh and be sure to get some of their ranch and hot sauce they pair perfectly with everything on the menu just about, oh and the biscuits yum, delicious, get you some church's chicken today

Every time I go in and order a Mixed Meal, no matter the size, I get nothing but legs and thighs. Was charged for Mixed, but don't get it first trip. Have to go back after getting home with meal and am able to thoroughly look through everything. This has been a continuous problem for more than a year, and am always seeing new people behind the counter that are not properly trained and have no clue how to set up the box beyond the charge.After this consistent problem, my family and I have decided that we are not coming back to this location. There are more places that sell better chicken.
