My friend and I want to order using the coupon. The coupon says one coupon per time per person. So we could use the coupon individually. However, we are not allowed to use the coupon for each person. Only one coupon for two people. In other words, only one coupon can be applied no matter how many people order. Even we pay separately. Worst service.

One of slowest fast food places ever !! Had to wait 10 minutes for chicken it was the middle of the day on top nobody was in the drive thru or the inside doesn't make since will not b returning . Hire better and faster workers .

This is the slowest place in the universe. Food is hit or miss and the staff often misses the mark on order accuracy. I have never seen anything like it. I ordered a strawberry shortcake and had to wait 13 minutes for an old cold biscuit and frozen strawberries. Order a chicken sandwich? Nah, you gonna have tenders today bitch. Tea? Better drink this flat coke and be happy! Tragic!

I think one of the employment requirements at this Church's Chicken on South Gessner #1402 is everyone must be able to work while on a cell phone.I was here to experience a construction in progress scene, while dining room was closed. Not sure if it was closed for CoVid pandemic or storage for construction crew. Turn off the light and let's make it a fun Halloween hunted house party.So, they treat customers like how they treat those fried chicken. My chicken pieces were dry and hard. No, I would not come back here. I would go to the one on Beechnut and Southwest Freeway. Service and food quality are much better over there.

Pulled up in Drive Thur and it didn't respond and the place looks as if it were under construction. So I pulled through to leave but as I drove past the order window I saw about 4 people. So I pulled around and parked. I went in and there were a several young people and they were very unprofessionally giggling and cutting up. I stalled a bit waiting g for some one to ask for my order by asking if they were short handed . She said something like that and they all giggled. I usual get an older gentleman who is much more professional and I realized now, I should have left. My chicken breast was so shrunken, hard and dry, I had to toss itIf I hadn't gotten all the way home and comfortable I would have taken it back. Staff Are Not Bilingual They Have A Very Hard Time Understanding Basic English And Not Only Was The Chicken Somewhat Cooked The Sides Were Terrible The Mac N Cheese Looked So Disgusting And Tasted Like Water And The Mashed Potatoes Were Not Fresh The Gravy Had Been Sitting On Top For So Long That It Was Crusted On The Edges.

Well for one thing the pieces of chicken were very big and seasoned well. The honey bisquit was delicious, the fries were good not highly seasoned, just salt. I like popeye's taste better, but their pieces are so small and they only offer 1 side. Not bad, I got 2 meals from a 3 pc meal deal.
