Chunk’s Burger

Very impressed with this Burger spot. The place is smalll, parking lot just as small. Burger is good size and filling. Counter girl friendly.

Just simple epic burgers. Perfect for what it is. A solid burger with solid fries. Love this place. Great flavor. And great buns. Fast service too.

The Nelly Burger was one of the best burgers ever. Grilled onions. Stuffed with mozzarella, feta and garlic. Yum!!Bun to meat ratio, perfect. Bun texture and flavor, perfect.Size, perfectly huge.Stopped at 4 stars, because the fries had tasty seasoning, but there was waaaay too much salt.

We came here with friends when we were in town with this place advertised as their "favorite burgers In Houston". My husband ordered the Nelly, so I opted for the ol timer with cheese. I did the combo with fries and a can of soda. The burgers are really delicious, the bun is soft but holds together, and they do grilled onions which are soooo good. The Nelly was the best burger stuffed with cheese and grilled onions and peppers on it. The burgers were amazing 5/5 stars. I only did 4 stars because I think $15 for a burger, fries, and a can of coke where you order at a counter/self service is a little steep. Otherwise, this place is amazing! Definitely would come back when in town.

I love a good burger and I am new to Texas so yelp has been my way to find everything around here. I am so happy I saw this place! I love how homey it is and how everything is house made and made fresh when you order. I have never tried a stuffed burger before, it just seems like a lot. But I was definitely pleasantly surprised! This was the best burger I have had in a while and the home fries were crispy and seasoned. The service was amazing and the girls were so nice. Thanks for the recommendation for the Raspberry Joes Tea. Not a tea fan but that was amazing. 10/10 definite recommend Thank you guys for being awesome

WORTH IT. MAKE THE STOP.I'm a big burger person and Best Burger and Five guys are my go to places especially when I wake up with a hangover. This is definitely going to be my new go to spot. The Pattie's are nice and smashed. You get two slices of cheese and I personally love the parts that are crispy from the griddle. The fries are nicely seasoned and way better than the Cajun fries at five guys. This place is only about 4 minutes away from my house and I will be coming more often. Glad we decided to try this place out rather than the usuals.

Why 5 stars? Because the burger was basic but delicious. --- --- ---I had a couple of errands in Sugar Land, so I popped open my bookmarks to see what was in the area. The 4.7 rating for Chunk's was too appealing to pass up and that's where I landed.I went with the Bam Burger, sans mustard and tomato. As soon as I took my first bite, I knew a 5-star review was incoming. There's nothing crazy or unique about it - it's simply just a standard burger that's perfectly done. And the fries were excellent - everything I hope for in fries. Thick-cut with plenty of seasoning = the perfect comfort food.The only miss were the cookies. They were essentially Chips A'Hoy re-packaged, and as hard as a rock. But you don't come to Chunk's for the cookies - I just love finishing a meal with something sweet.But they took care of the important parts here and the guy who took my order was super friendly. This is a great neighborhood eatery and I hope the locals continue to support it.

Food is GOOD!Staff is helpful and very nice.Parking is....like doing Tetris though....The ambiance is clean and laid back!

Food is on point - clearly they are a lunch spot - I tried call 10 min before closing time & no one will answer
