Chipotle Mexican Grill

Loraina the manager needs to be re-trained! How are you going to deny a customer a cup a water and tell them you need to charge them for a small cup because there are no cups for water?!?!? She was very unprofessional and rude! If I were to have choked on my food because i was denied the basic necessity of a cup of water! She needs to be held accountable and demoted! Even other people who were eating said she denied them cups of water as well! Unprofessional, belligerent, rude, and on a power trip!

Mason is the ONLY reason I gave 2 stars. He is very efficient, customer focused and the only smile in the place. We purchased 3 bowls; Mason approached with a smile, asked what he could get us and gave the normal portion sizes...the serving spoon (not heaping and I have no complaints). The young lady walks up, literally frowning, no exaggeration, my daughter says "Hello", she says "What can I getchu?" She made our bowls and the portions were less than the serving spoon except for the 3 heaping spoons of rice and two handfuls of cheese. The pinto beans, guacamole and the fajita containers were all empty; she asked the cook for fajitas. I asked how long because if it was going to be a minute I would let the person behind me go ahead and place their order. She asked the cook how long, he ignored her, she asked twice more and he rolled his eyes and said "I don't know, 2 minutes." with a bad attitude. She made another young lady a burrito with portions so small she was able to wrap it more than twice in the tortilla and it fit in the palm of her hand.

Just picked up a mobile order and it was prepared perfectly and very delicious. I ordered double chicken and received a good amount. Yum.

Don't try calling this Chipotle because you won't be able to get past their aggravating automated system to talk to a human being. I just wanted to ask if I could order some guacamole WITHOUT onions, which apparently they won't do. If they CLAIM to make all ingredients fresh, I'm not sure why this would be an issue. I told the manager that not everyone can eat onions, but loves guacamole. She stated that it is made first thing in the morning for the whole day, so they don't have any extra avocados. That is false because I have gone into this same location in the past, asked for sliced avocados and received them with no issue. Obviously they don't cater to their customers needs, as they claim! Sorely disappointed!!

Count your dayyyyyyyysssss. The guy who work their today who ever put you in a bad mood you need to take it up with them , but when i say double meat i dont mean a sprinkle of meat !!!!!

When we walked in at 9:40, the employees told us that they were out of tortillas. When we were checking out we had to wait over 5 minutes to pay and the lady was rude and told us we couldn't have a water cup. The food was so much more salty than normal, almost like they did it on purpose. I never have bad experiences at this chipotle, but this was terrible.

Just picked up my order today. I usually go to chipotles close to my house in the evening. But this time this location is closer to my work. Staffs is ok, but portion is really small for each ingredient, I have to ask multiple times if I can have more of the ingredients for both items in my order. Even after the staff added "a little" more, it is still much less than the other stores that I have been to. I have a feeling that the staffs is 'trained' to give small portion by the owner so they make more money that way, not the usual portion I am used to at other locations. Also the food doesn't taste as good as well, not much flavor to the chicken, bean and rice. This is the 2nd time I been to this location, the first time pretty much the same experience, I did not leave review, thought I will give it a second chance. Not going back anymore!

This place is filthy- food all over the counter and on the floor. I ordered a salad online and picked up in the Chipotlane. There was no lettuce or kale, and the flimsy foil bowl was filled with slop. I promptly returned it and he said he would add salad. I asked for a refund and was told I had to get my refund by calling. I called and was told I would be refunded within 3-5 days.

This is the worst chipotle on the planet. It's unfortunate because it's the closest to my house but every time I give them another chance they figure out a new way to mess it up. Orders are never right, can never figure out basic items like "which order is mine" even though the name is in it, and I'm still not sure why I put names one items in the app when my bag just has a bunch of random items wrapped up. Please DO NOT go to this chipotle. We need it to go out of Buisness so we can get something decent in this store front. There is a free bird just down the street that at least tries to get things right.

Would rate zero stars if I could. What's up with chipotle? Do you guys only hire clowns? I would rather castrate myself than ever walk into this establishment again. Told the two little girls in the front that I was leaving a bad review and they replied, "go ahead, we get them all the time"
