Chipotle Mexican Grill

Should be renamed Skip-otle, because it's one location you should skip, even if you love this chain.It just doesn't get it done, by any stretch of the imagination. Always tastes old, portion sizes aren't huge, often even less friendly than the one in Sugar Land which I don't like.

The chipotle at 24004 southwest freeway, Rosenberg TX is the worst. I will never go there again. I went in the middle of the day last week and was told they didn't have hard shell. Today I went when they first opened (10:45 am) and was told they didn't have hard shell tacos again. Not to mention that am they consistently mess up my order. This has to be one of the worst locations. I will never go there again.

Ordered a mobile order, completely forgot my rice. Drive thru takes forever. Seems understaffed. Just drive to another location-it'll be worth it.

Came here for lunch with my friend and while we ate we were amazed at how clean everything was and how well the team behind the counter worked together. Everyone was doing their tasks and cleaning and they went along. The manager was out with them chopping up fresh ingredients and all the staff had gloves on and were washing their hands constantly! I was truly amazed at the cleanliness & dedication to excellent these employees displayed!

Definitely recommend another chipotle. I ordered online and picked it up through the drive thru. Fast service but missed my lettuce.

I love Chipotle! I am normally very happy with this location. I've ordered in store, pick up and delivery on numerous occasions. I am giving them a 3 in the hopes that someone from the location reads this! The last two times we ordered delivery, it's been within a month, the orders were placed through the app and when they arrived they were not labeled. We normally get 2 bowls and 3 burritos. Bowls are easy to open and tell who's who's but the burritos are not and we have to unwrap, cut or poke a hole in them to see which one is which. All the info is on our order, each item has a persons name - like we are supposed to do it. So please, please write our names on the items. I know it can be done. I've seen it before. Please!

The chipotlane is always so slow. Every time I get the notification on my app that my order is ready I always get to the drive thru and end up still having to wait. This time was especially frustrating because I had to go back to work and was held back by 25+ minutes of waiting in the chipotlane for my order. It was even more disheartening because folks who went in the restaurant got in and got out faster than the cars and myself who has been waiting for a long time already in the chipotlane. On top of that they forgot the guac on my salad and the honey vinaigrette that I had paid for. Very frustrating, and this has been voiced to their corporate already, but of course no one cares.

This place needs to work on their customer service. Look at all the reviews and I would definitely not recommend. There are so many options in the area for them to provide no service at all. If they start losing customers then maybe they will do something but until then we as customers will continue to get crappie service.

i visited a few days ago had poor , a member reached out. they were supposed to help me & give me a bogo , i never recieved the promo & they stopped replying

Worst location ever !!! 24004 southwest fwy Rosenberg tx 77471 It's always a problem or an issue when I go there. Staff and MANAGER super rude. Don't even acknowledge you waiting in line because Drive thru is more important than a very long line. They decide to not get more dressing at 7 pmBecause "they are about to close" even though they close at 10 pm. I've never had a more horrible experience at any other chipotle than here. Better off going to the other close to Hwy 99. Always nice, fast and effective.
