Half of my bowl came empty. Terrible service and chips were stale. Queso was very cold.

Order "promised" at 1:15. Got to drive thru at 1:20. Drove off with my order at 1:39. 3rd car in line.

Pretty much like every single other review here, yeah management was pretty bad. Also, I guess by the rude cashier I can only get a large cheese quesadilla online? But I've ordered it before at the restaurant? She had a really mean attitude ( kinda scared me because I'm not confrontational ) My little bowl was fine the food isn't bad, but then the next morning I got sick, I don't think I've ever gotten sick from a chipotle before.Edit: all of my neighbors and family have been getting sick from this location, we are guessing that they do not take care of their food. DO NOT go to this place!!

One of the best Chipotle meals I've had at this Grand Parkway location.Had a carne asada burrito bowl today (12/28/23) and it was on point. Meat was tender, flavorful (hint of lime not lost) and trimmed to perfection. Veggies were seasoned well, had a delightful snap, and were cut julienne with apparent care.Shoutout to the Chipotlane crew as well for the efficient and friendly service.Do yourself a favor and tap in soon!

I recently visited the Chipotle location that opens at 10:45 AM, as indicated on the door. I arrived promptly at 10:45 and was surprised to find a young man mopping the floor, with eight other employees visible in the back. When I approached the counter, a young lady was there, but she did not greet me. After waiting for three minutes without any acknowledgment, I politely asked if they were open for business or if I should return later. She ignored me completely. I repeated my question, and once again, she did not respond. The gentleman mopping the floor eventually approached me and said they needed a little more time to finish preparing. I asked to speak with the manager, and he informed me that he was the general manager, Luis. After waiting a few more minutes, Luis put the mop down and asked one of the employees by the bar to assist me. The employee questioned why he had to serve me, and another shrugged as if they had no idea what was happening. The rudeness and lack of professionalism from the staff were astonishing. I would have left, but it was my daughter's 14th birthday, and she specifically wanted Chipotle. The poor customer service left a very negative impression, and I will not be returning to this location.

Burrito is a good size but some of the complaints going viral on social media are true. Asked for one container of chipotle vinaigrette and they acted like it was the end of the world.

Walked in at 7:30 on a Sunday night and they had NO beans. I asked for extra chicken meat to compensate for lack of beans...the "manager" said I would have to pay extra...for THEIR lack of competence!! Who does the inventory? How does a restaurant run out of beans (a main staple) at 7:30 in the evening?? Not very "customer service." They were rude about it and I think the manager (6/9/24) needs management training. Manager cards on display were Luis & Enrique.

The experience I had a Chipotle last night was deplorable. Despite looking past the workers, not greeting me when I enter the establishment, they ignored me for a whopping five minutes before I asked if they were still taking orders because I was astonished at the fact that some workers were able to make eye contact with me, and refused to acknowledge me. A simple " I'll be right with you" would have sufficed. And finally the workers started giggling and laughing, as if something was funny when my order finally was taken. I reported this incident management and the response was lackadaisical. in addition to a horrible food poisoning, do yourself a favor and eat anywhere else, perhaps the competitor, Cava, next-door. lastly, it's important to mention that the floors were all mopped without a single wet sign insight.

Chipotle open on 7111 Fm 1464 Rd, Richmond, TX 77407. What was your experience.I was very unhappy with this place.Being it's a new restaurant, it was open a couple of days ago. It was filthy. The tables and floors were dirty and greasy. Meat and trash was all over the floor.Nobody care to clean.Useless manager that didn't worry about sending someone to clean. Bowls got smaller and lesser meat and rice.All I got was lettuce and beans and tons of chile.Horrible not going back...

Location on westbelfort and 99 is a hot mess! Tables and floor are dirty and looked like they had nit cleaned them all day (I was there at 330pm on a Sunday) Trash cans full and the cutlery area is dirty!
