Horrible customer service and completely void of a service culture. Staff does not smile, have any opening greeting, or a closing greeting. When prompted about a wrong order the attitude they present is one of a disgusted nature that they have to fix something along the lines as you are bothering them. This locations staff needs to be either re-trained or let go they are not fit to work in the customer service industry.

This is Chipotle, so I was thinking that surely all of the 1 star reviews about this particular Chipotle can't all be true. I'm a big Chipotle fan and also a stockholder, and I can't tell you how disappointed I am in this relatively new location near me.It's as if the store is run by a bunch of teens with zero pride in their job who have no real interest in being there. I have gone into this restaurant at least 4 times in the past 6 weeks and each time has been a disappointment.The workers are more interested in talking and laughing and teasing each other than serving the customers. There is no urgency and I've seen the cashier laugh and joke for 2 straight minutes with another Chipotle employee who was buying a meal, without even turning to acknowledge the customers waiting to ring out their meals (myself included). I will no longer get guacamole at this location, as it has always been tangy (old) and inedible the first few times I ordered it. The meat is generally cold or at room temperature at best, and if you go in after 8PM, they have already started cleaning and shutting down the restaurant, and they will tell you sorry, there is no iced tea available, or they are out of brown rice, or sorry they are out of steak for the night. What is that about? If the restaurant is open are until 10, then serve the menu until 10.I have noticed the store has 2 doors, yet one is kept locked for no apparent reason with no sign on the door indicating it's locked. Yet the bulk of the parking lot is outside this locked door. If you dine in, it's kind of comical watching confused faces trying to open the door, while they see people inside eating, wondering how to access the restaurant and wondering why the door is locked. People think, oh, they must be closing, and some will go back to their cars and hit another place for food.On my last visit, I noticed a chair blocking the hallway to the bathrooms. It was only 8:30, and I wanted to wash up before eating. As I paid for my meal, I asked for the key to the bathroom, thinking that I must have to ask for a key. The cashier, said, "oh sorry, no bathrooms." I asked, "what do you mean?" She just kept saying no bathrooms. I asked, "why not? What's wrong with them?" She just kept repeating they're not available, hoping I would stop asking. I asked, "so you have no rest rooms for your customers to use while they are dining in your restaurant? How do the employees wash their hands before serving my food?" I then asked "how long have they been unavailable?" ... she was clearly afraid she was going to say the wrong thing ... she kind of shrugged, not wanting to answer, and then turned to ignore me, looking towards the next customer. I wasn't done and asked for the manager. There was a kid bending down cleaning something a few feet behind her (the manager??). I imagined he must have heard me asking about the bathroom, but instead of calling him over, she instead walked the five feet over to him and started whispering to him for about 30 seconds. He never addressed me but he eventually walked out from behind the counter, removed the chair blocking the path to the bathrooms and then he walked back behind the counter, clearly annoyed and without saying a word. The bathrooms were just fine. They were actually very clean. I imagine that they had cleaned them earlier and just didn't want to be bothered having to clean them again before the kids shut down the restaurant at 10. These kids must not be aware of the Texas Public Health laws requiring that dine in restaurants maintain open and available public restrooms for their patrons.As a stockholder, I will reach out to Chipotle corporate to be sure they are fully aware of how poorly this store is managed. I know it's hard to find good help in this environment, but I'm sure they can do better than to allow this restaurant to turn off scores of customers and turn them away from Chipotle for good. For me, for now, I'm done with this location and will feed myself at the numerous other options in the area. Hope that they can get this corrected.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered from Door Dash. Only sent guacamole. They won't answer their phones. This place is a fraud. Now I am out the door dash money delivery.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!This place is ripping people off by overcharging my order. I placed 2 orders, only one is with guacamole but I got charged additional $3 for the one that I didn't ask for. Prior to get the receipt, I asked the cashier to confirm, and she affirmed me only one is charged to my order. But it's charged twice on the receipt. It was completely absurd and inconceivable that it's happening at the well-known place like this! This is not the first time, but happened twice to us at the other location on I10. Store manager or whoever is in charged at this area needs to 101% ensure this should not happen ever again!

I love eating at Chipotle for so many years I lost count. I've also have eaten at the restaurant in many different states. This is the first bad experience I've had with any of these restaurants. I've come here a few times before I decided to write this review. The atmosphere is lacking. No music, the staff doesn't welcome anyone or even smile at all. It's always been dirty and lacking utensils, etc. Very bad work culture here and drastically impacts the employees, customers and quality of the food. I was so excited to have one open close to me and now I'd rather go to the farther away location in Katy.

Second visit and I'm giving them 1 star because I think each visit was worth .5 star!!!!! 1st visit there were only 4 people in front of me and it took me 25 minutes to get from start to finish......and no they were not out of anything I wanted, however, they made the food very, very good and not messily thrown together that happens from time to time and it tasted great. There was also a feeling of non-communication that seemed to be happening with the staff. Like if you were just on your cash register island, grill island, rice island, pico island, etc and you went out of your way to not notice your co-worker drowning. Help someone people!! This visit, I have to assume it was this girls 1st day at her first job. Shorting me on the rice which happens on the regular at various locations but when you ask for more (like get the rice right, it's the cheapest thing in the line up so don't be pinche') they usually don't add like a sprinkle of 12 grains so I had to ask one more time. Then there is literally no chicken so she scraped the bottom like 8 times to get me 10-12 dried up small burnt ish pieces and the same for the black beans. She hollers at no one to get more and there is not one piece of meat, let alone chicken on the grill. So when was the chicken coming??? It looked like 3 workers were on break but is that the best scheduling at prime dinner time 7 o clock? I was so excited to have a location built closer to my neighborhood but I will not frequent this one anymore. People are not trained and dang sure have no more common sense than the black beans or chicken that was available tonight. Chipotle, let's get the crew trained up!! It's literally cooking food and scooping it into a bowl. "Hey, we need more...........chicken, rice, training, common sense" Oh and they couldn't even put the lid on one of the bowls tonight.....sad.

Damn. I've given this Chipotle SEVERAL opportunities...I'd say about 3-4 months ago, there was a very competent young lady that did a great job...when she's not there (haven't seen her in a while) this place is a train wreck. The food line is ALWAYS dirty..rushing ppl Thru the line. I'd much rather wait a few extra minutes for you to scrape (into the f'in trash can PLEASSSEEE) and clean the line, than to be served crap off a dirty ass line...There's so many issues with this place...I'm not even gonna go any further. Want to ruin your love of Chipotle for a little while??? Hit the place up!! P.S.- When I opened YELP and looked up this Chipotle location, there was an icon I could click that said "Claim This Business"; I would LOVE TO CLAIM THIS BUSINESS!!! If you are the owner and you want to pay someone a very good/highly competitive salary; I would be more than happy to turn this location around on a 1 year deal lololol!!!

I went to this Chipotle on Sunday, August 22nd *2021 There was a Chipotle employee standing in line to order food. The line was not moving, and there were maybe 7 people in front of the person. Someone behind the counter (maybe a manager, maybe not) gestured the employee to come back behind the counter to make their food. This Chipotle employee, who was initially standing in line to order food, went behind the counter to prepare their food. They did not wash their hands. They did not put on gloves. They still had their personal bag around their wrist. Washing hands when entering the kitchen is a basic health protocol. I cannot confirm the person who gestured & gave the employee permission to go behind the counter to make their food was the manager, but if they are, for them to watch this incident take place and not correct it, makes me question the happenings at this particular Chipotle.
