Chipotle Mexican Grill

I come here often for lunch and I've never ran into any issues. The ambiance is just like every other Chipotle and the workers are chill and work hard. The taste is standard for every Chipotle so there is not much to complain about. I've started ordering the kid's build your own tacos and that seems to be more than enough food for me.

I pay a lot for chips, that's my chip outlay. What's yours?I usually give Chipotle one or two because I think their food is awful and it usually makes me sick. Occasionally I'll give them a three if they have good service.This one is definitively a one-star place. We really don't like it. Service is nothing short of terrible and the food just tastes weird.We wish we didn't have family members that love Chipotle, but even Barbi likes it sometimes, I guess there's no accounting for taste. She's a genius, an angel, and the best looking person I know, so I can overlook the Chipotle affinity.

This chipotle is the shittiest I've ever been to. They love skimping on meat and veggies here like I'm so shocked. No wonder why this place is so sadly reviewed. I came on a Wednesday for lunch and I wanted half/steak chicken, she said it be extra I said no it's not it's half/half. She then proceeded to take off some meat with her hands and threw them in the trash just to add the other meat on there. I don't understand why it's such a big deal to these teenage girls who work here. Customer service is so bad here, best advice is DONT COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Delivery drivers!!!These guys do not have their stuff together today. Came in here and sat around for 20 minutes waiting for my order. Just for them to tell me they can't find it. So this is only my 2nd time ever getting chipotle,and I do not understand the hype lol. The ingredients are simple, not too out there. Essentially they are the safest options ever. There's flavor, but not alot. This is a safe meal that'll be satisfying and is quickly made. Clearly it's a business model that works and has a great fan base, for me it's ok. Prices are great for the amount in a bowl (I got barbacoa for $10.30 or so). Will I ever seek out a chipotle? Nope- this happened to be the closest thing while out shopping for Christmas decor today. Will I gladly eat it if a friend/family member wants to go and eat that? Yup! I'll never turn down chipotle when offered, I finished my bowl in 2 sittings today. Just if given the option I'll have other places to suggest first.Will say the employees at this location are very quick, very friendly and didn't give the tiniest scoops (I've heard way too many jokes about people asking for double of certain things). We didn't dine in, but the place was clean and lots of natural lighting.

service was EXTREMELY BA, no forks, no rice, not even to go led like come on... Then people are walking around with headphones listening to music, they were very rude the service. I'm definitely not coming back here and would advise anyone, so don't come here if I had a chance to redo it I'll ask my money back because this makes no sense never again I repeat ever again.

The service was so rude on 5/1/25 around 8pm the chubby girl with glasses and red hair and her white friend with the short hair where so upset because I asked if I could get less rice not my fault yall work fast food

i honestly try to refrain from leaving reviews but I had to . I honestly hate this location. I've picked up and ordered from them multiple times and I pay so much already to get the bowl and there is nothing in there or its pushed to side . half the time I can't do nothing because its doordash and sometimes they take my bowl and do the same thing again it's ridiculous we're paying almost 30 dollars for food and y'all give us half the portion or smush it down to make it seem like it's a lot .

HORRIBLE location... went here two times bowl was half empty , stingy with all portions... my chips were stale and bag was no where near half full.. portions sizes don't even fill up no more while prices are increasing??And it's an extra charge just to get a decent amount of protein ??didn't get my moneys worth at all. I will never ever come back to this specific location . Please don't waste your time and money going here.... 0/10

Just went and order a chicken bowl to go. When I get back to work and start eating, I notice a black foreign object in my food. I pulled it out to closer examine it and realize it was a feather in my food! Absolutely DISGUSTING! Of course when you call the locations phone number, you just get a virtual operator saying to check my email for a customer service ticket but they don't have my email on file so I never even receive that. Save you and your stomach the trouble and avoid this place!
