Chipotle Mexican Grill

Rice is not fully cooked. Got two bowls. Tried calling them but no one answer. Too late to go back

Absolutely will not recommend, I got food poisoning twice at this restaurant and the service was horrible.

Ordered a bowl with steak. Meat was incredibly tough. Couldn't chew many of the pieces and had to spit them out. Mostly membrane. The young lady fixing the bowl was very lenient with the meat. She may have known it wasn't tender. I will stick to the chicken.

What a sad sad place. Upon arrival even though the place was relatively empty the emplee took 20 minutes to take my order. Then they started to close early to avoid people from walking in. Followed by the employee giving me scraps, he even looked to be counting my beans, they gave me nothing but scraps and still charged full price. My plate looked so sad, but what made it worse was the staff, unfriendly, un motivated and just plane lazy slobs. Who hires this people and who is in charge of quality control?I can do a better job on my laziest day! I plan to call HR.

This appeared to be a newer Chipotle. It isn't as big as the other ones I've been to.Today was the first time I'd tried their queso and I was not impressed. For one, it was way too thick. Second, it seemed just as bad as those ones the grocery stores sell in a can. The layout of this location is strange in that the trash cans are located way over by the restroom. Because of this, I almost left my food on the table thinking they didn't have a trash can. In all the other locations I've been to, their trash can was by the door.

Very disappointment with the service I received at this location today! Upon arrival, I intended to purchase two Sofritas bowls. Unfortunately, the Sofritas were burnt and dry, so I requested a fresher batch. The staff member retrieved some from the to-go order station, which was appreciated.However, the situation deteriorated at the checkout. The type of bowls I ordered are typically eaten with chips, so I asked for two bags of chips. Despite this, there was no one available to ring up my order. I observed a staff member bagging pickup orders, two others standing behind the counter, and another person in the back. I waited approximately five minutes before anyone acknowledged me.When I finally requested the chips, the staff member informed me that they were reserved for online orders only. To my dismay, she simultaneously handed a bag of chips to the customer behind me and provided her with an additional bag upon request. She apologized, stating she understood my frustration but didn't have time to make more chips.I find this situation unacceptable. As a paying customer in the store, I should not be deprioritized in favor of online orders. This forced me to drive an additional ten minutes to another Chipotle location to get chips, which was highly inconvenient.I am deeply disappointed with the service I received and am reconsidering my loyalty to Chipotle. I hope you will address this issue to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

This location is the worst managed chipotle I have ever been to. Every single order I have placed something is incorrect about it and the portion size is ridiculously small. I reached my the end of my patience today when I ordered again for pickup and when I open my bag at home and am greeted with a kids meal portion with not even half my bowl filled up. I am completely done with this location.

Firstly the customer service here is terrible. They line workers were all rude.. secondly I don't believe the one preparing my food wanted to be there because my bowl is half empty & everything she put in my bowl was a half scoop.. when I asked her about portions she said they were supposed to be half scoops which confused me because every other chipotle I go to never does that.. Lastly I was trying to get my law enforcement discount & she refused me.. even though I was in uniform & had my badge.. this was by far the worst experienced I have ever had at a chipotle and I will never return & im telling all my fellow coworkers & friends never to eat here again.

Got really hard rice in my bowl I ordered. I go there 6 times a week and they refused to replace it even with proof that I bought it. Instead they insinuated that I was lying and said "everyone has the same story"... The manager was rude and not sympathetic at all. you lost a loyal customer.

Just horrible ! Uber Eats took over an hour to get just for my order to be wrong and cold.Ill never buy from this chipotle !
